Brief History Dr. James Ian Wilson was born on June 1, 1967 to Roberta and George Wilson. But James wasn't the only one in his family as far as children go, as he has one younger and one older brother. He received his undergraduate degree from McGill University, and his higher degrees from both Columbia and University of Pennsylvania, respectively.
Wilson started a job at Princeton-Plainsboro Teaching Hospital in New Jersey working in the oncology department, where he works to this day. He's been through three marriages, none seeming to work out. He's currently dating Amber Volakis, or as House would so nicely put her, "Cut-throat Bitch."
However, James quit his job at Princeton-Plainsboro and has since moved to Kansas to teach pre-med at KSU. He's also on-call at the local hospital when they're short staffed.
