You do not know his history, his background, or any other circumstances regardless of your experiences of a future person. Do you know him intimately? Had a conversation recently? Has he done any of those things here? I believe not. I do not excuse future actions, merely state that now, in his current age, he is not that person. Everyone deserves a second chance, and people like you, people who hold on to transgressions not yet committed, are the reason people here find so much trouble in healing. It's rather easy to be on your high horse when you've solved so much baggage, while some of us have a great deal more to work through, and don't need more put on our plate by others who only see what they want to see.
Also, I'd like to point out, I'm not the head of the DMLE. And even if I was, I cannot, in good conscience, send him to Azkaban for all eternity. Why? Because he hasn't been proven guilty now, at this age, in court.
Stop being a petulant child, it's rather unbecoming.
