That's almost too easy to answer. I'd give Boq his heart back, I'd return him to being a human - a being of flesh and blood rather than something crafted of cold and unfeeling metal.
...Well, you did say any gift.
After that, I'd just beg him for forgiveness and ask him to marry me, what I should've done just after we left Shiz... there's good in Boq's heart still, and he did love me, in his own special way.
Besides, it's been a year since I 'died'. He might've realised something whilst travelling with that farm girl.
