I can't believe my little boy is nearly nine weeks old already. He's smiling a lot now. I've never seen anything so cute in all my life.

Sounds like someone decided to shake the snow globe again. If anyone has any problems of a medical variety because of this latest batch of magic gone wrong, give me a call. I'm the same as I've always been.

I can't believe my little man is nearly a month old. Reed's growing so fast. And even though I spend a crazy amount of time with him, it seems like he's bigger every time I come home from work or class. He cries A LOT, but he just started babbling too, and it's adorable.

I have a very important announcement. REED ARRIVED! Eight pounds, ten ounces, one-hundred percent perfect. Kim's exhausted, and so am I, but we all know she deserves the rest more than me, so I was tasked with telling everyone. I'll sleep when I'm dead. I can't stop holding him. He's amazing. Anyway, it'd be great if you guys could give us a few days before coming to see him. I promise you'll be allowed to spoil him soon.

Oh, and she just might kill me for posting this picture, but I can't help myself. Could she be any more beautiful as a new mom?

Hello everyone! I've hijacked my son's journal to let all of you know that I'll be around for a few weeks, possibly a few months, to help out when my beautiful grandson is born. I've met some of you on past visits, but I'm sure there are a lot of new kids running around, so don't call security when you see some weird old lady chasing Kamea through the halls as part of a tickle war. Oh, and for those of you who are new, I'm Kai, Starbuck's mom.

( Ok, I can't do anymore sappiness right now. I might burst into tears. )

My newly seven-year-old daughter has lost her mind. Can anyone help me find it?

Feeling 100% again, and it's awesome! HOWEVER! I'm swamped right now. Between giving Wes some time off, taking care of Kamea who is now SEVEN and Kim who is about to pop any day, and trying to manage studying... well, I don't have much time for anything else. Sorry if I ignore anyone. If you want to catch up, just stop by the infirmary to see me.

Also, while Kim and I have a healthy supply of babysitters, we wouldn't dare turn away new applications, especially now that Reed is coming a lot sooner than expected. If you've got time to spare, we can always put you to work! Pay is negotiable, and we have free food and a car to use at any time as benefits.

Just thought I'd let everyone know that I'm alive. Same with Kim and Kamea. But we're all a little worse for the wear. I've never been sick before, and from what Charlie tells me, being a nymph meant I suffered the worst of the virus. Awesome, right? We're still in recovery mode right now, and things are insanely complicated because of the virus. Not going to get into that at the moment, but just know that we're okay. I hope all of you are feeling better as well.
