History
Conner Kent origins begin with Project: Superman, the Superman cloning project that was ran by Lex Luthor and Cadmus. Due to the inability to replicate Kryptonian DNA, the clones' bodies degenerate after a short period of time. After 12 documented attempts at recreating Superman, a human DNA, secretly that of Lex Luthor, was partially used to stabilize the Kryptonian DNA and the result: Kon-El, the first successful clone of Superman. Upon being freed in Metropolis by Lex Luthor, Conner calls himself ``Superman`` while claiming no other identity. He tells anyone who will listen that he is a clone. First revealing this to Lois Lane, but she has no time to break the story because of another reporter whom breaks the story live in Hawaii.

Upon the real Superman's return to Metropolis, he is informed that the boy had been created from human DNA only and genetically engineered to look like him and mimic his major powers by way of telekinesis. Not wanting him to be used for Luthor's own personal gain, Superman reveals the truth behind his creator, thusly causing Conner to switch sides and informs him that his actions have earned him the name ``Superboy``, and informing him that he considered him family from that point on. Now with a new identity, a new family, and a few life. He now resides with Clark's parents Jonathan and Martha Kent in Smallville, Kansas which he considers his home.

Although he did not believe in hiding his face to the public, Clark insisted on a simple pair of glasses that had been his identity concealer and like a true teenager at the time, Conner protested that eventually turned into an annoyed agreement. Conner's personality seems to minorly reflect those of Clark during his teen years, a shy teenager whom is unsure of himself who would do anything for those he cared about whether they be friends, family, or even a stranger in need.

Personality
[Heterosexual] Conner Kent is your [not-so]typical teenager that suffers from a rollercoaster personality from being a happy, go-lucky kid to feeling as if the world depends on him for its' survival. Like all teenaged boys he has rampant hormones that are often kept in check because of the fear that his girlfriend would throw him and/or a girl through the school's clocktower. He has a neverending love for Cassandra Sandsmark that make people believe that the two are getting too serious at such an age. He is known to be cocky, self-diluted, egotistical maniac that enjoys inflating his own ego-bubble. Oh, and he likes it hard.

Powers
At first, Conner's only ability was tactile telekinesis, a telekinetic force field that surrounding his body as a protective shield and allows him to simulate Superman-like speed, strength, flight and invulnerability. It also allows Conner to disassemble machines and other complex constructions with just a touch and though or prevent them from coming apart. The tactile TK field also lets Conner to break free of an opponent's grip by pushing the field outward to force the opponent away. The main disadvantage of tactile telekinesis is that it is less effective in blocking energy (fire, gas, liquid, etc) than it is against solids, leaving him slightly more susceptible to energy-based attacks.

As his Kryptonian physiology matures, Superboy gains superpowers that don't derive from tactile telekinesis, including heat vision, x-ray vision, telescopic vision, and super-hearing. Like Clark Kent aka Superman, he derives his Kryptonian powers from the absorption of solar energy from the Earth's yellow sun. However, his body does not process solar energy as quickly as Superman. As a result, he cannot push himself and his powers too far; if he does so, his body starts to eat itself for energy. The two-beings also share a common weakness being highly vulnerable to Kryptonite and magic.
