You will have to be excusing me. Unlike my good friend Thore, my English is not so good. Guten Tag! My name is Johannes, but is easy to just call me Jo. I was born in Frankfurt, Germany. Early in life I realized I had passion for acting. I enrolled in drama workshops and classes and soon I am part of TV series Geliebte Schwestern. Then later I am Oliver Sabel in Verbotene Liebe. Oliver is liking only men and over series he falls for roommate, Christian Mann who is played by my good friend.
Thore and I, we work good together. When I was told Oliver would be liking only men, meant nothing to me. I am liking both men and women and Thore is handsome. But not be confused by boyish looks. When they matched me with Thore, they gave me my own, how you say, boy toy. Yes? I am 34, he 27. I am proud of work. Christian and Oliver are popular outside of Germany. Olli has many fans. Many who think Thore and I are real couple. We share flat; we share dressing room, but we not share bed.
I have done other projects past Verbotene Liebe. I am in upcoming short film, At Close Range, made audio books. But playing Oliver is always best role. He and I are same on some tastes. But he likes shaving and perfect hair. Me? I am very lazy and I like hats. Away from work, Thore and I go do many things together. He is country boy so we go his sister’s home at times. I am not liking pigs so much as my friend.
