When speaking to another person, he also has a penchant for wide toothy grins. A smile few overlook. Arcade seems always happy to see everyone, and carries with him that look that speaks of malevolent possibility. There's a certain randomosity to his speech and movement patterns that leave the very best guessing.
Clothing Styles/Colors: Dresses in the very nicest of suits in the very strangest of colors. Suits stitched in bright reds, blues, yellows, and greens. Colors off the wall and bouncy. Often ripping at the seams from misuse and old age. But always, always top off with bow tie covered with colorful polka dots. A wardrobe that can only add, not take away from deep settled madness.
Other: He has an especially impressive deep lucking cackle, a laughter that resonates with joy. Seen all the more often when met with violence and blood.

    [ ETC ]
Personal History: It's difficult to decipher the truth behind Arcade's origins, mostly because when asked about his upbringing, a different account is given each time. He enjoys talking about himself and engaging his victims, but the truth of his rhetoric is debatable at best. But, if heavily researched, however, certain half truths behind his distorted accounts begin to emerge.

It is known that at one time during the late nineties, the man who would become Arcade served as a student on a university robotics project shadowed by the US government. Under the government program, "Sentinel", Arcade served as an under graduate to a professor by the name of Bolivar Trask. As a student under Trask, Arcade would have had a hand in many early phase contracts, some of which dealt directly with the mutant threat. Trask taught few classes and had even fewer favorites, but those that did catch his approving eye climbed high in the field of robotics.

Arcade worked on the early design and preliminary stages of the "Sentinel" project but had a falling out with his professor. The exact details of this argument are shrouded in mystery but there are several standing rumors. The biggest and most likely is that of Trask and Arcade coming to a conflict over the nature of the designs. Trask preferring one single indestructible robot design to infiltrate and destroy the target, where as Arcade preferred building many robots in clever disguise to lure the target into an artificial environment thereby destroying it. There is also a rumor over a student getting expelled from the program and the university after testing the "Sentinel" project without authorization on university peers and students. During this time there were several cold case disappearances of faculty members and students alike that were never explained. Yet another third rumor, surfaced about a student becoming far to engaged in the work and developing a dangerous psychosis that eventually lead to conflict with the program managers.

Regardless of the short time involved with project "Sentinel", Arcade developed contacts within the high branches of Stark, Worthington, and Shaw industries. It is not known what became of Arcade before or after the university incidents, but there are reports of cold case files dating back to the early two thousands involving a knife wielding maniac with bright red hair. As well as unwilling asylum patients vanishing in the middle of the night, only to be found in parts the next morning.

Eventually, the enigmatic figure arose as an assassin in the underworld. Going around by the name of Arcade and dressing in ridiculously colored suits laced with bow ties. Armed to the teeth with weapons and robotics at his disposal, Arcade became known far and wide for designing what he affectionately called his "Murderworld". An artificial environment built from scratch around the victim and paid for completely by the client's fees. Only the very best could afford his enormous multi million dollar spectacles of destruction, violence, and glee.

Extra:Now Post-cure, Arcade and his short living list of Murderworld workers and hired hands, welcome the unwilling and the unlikely. Anyone and everyone unlucky enough to have a hit put on them. Many check into Murderworld, but none check out. The list of victims so far encompasses humans, mutants, vampires, and even a few double crossed clients. No one seems safe from Arcade's madness.
