If he could, he’d like to continue this occupation in the world of the dead. physical appearance: He only used to be the smallest kid in his year. While he may by short for a guy, Dennis has grown up a lot. He would just tell you to ask his ex’s. Dennis stands at 5’9” and is slim. No defined muscles, but his face has… a girlish look to it. He has blue eyes that seem to light up with excitement when anyone is close. He has full lips for a guy, straight teeth naturally (but he magically whitens them). His hair is between short and medium, but it always looks like a mess. He calls it just shagged hair, but his friends roll their eyes and remind him how many hours that just shagged look took him (“It was only two this time!”). It’s lighter now than when he was younger, and he likes it that way. talents: most of Dennis' talents are sexual, and he doesn't think Theo wants him sharing those tidbits. alliance: Being a Gryffindor always made Dennis stand against the Death Eaters and Voldemort. Having lost his brother to the cause made Dennis more stubborn on his view of his alliance. Now, with Theo, Dennis would probably follow his lover anywhere, and if that happened to be to the Dark side, he'd nag him until Theo saw a different light. But Dennis doesn't think he'll ever have to worry about Theo wanting to switch sides. personality: It's not hard to sum him up in one word; gay. No, not the happy-go-lucky gay; the happy-when-lucky gay. Yes, Dennis Creevey is a homosexual, and he is proud of it. He had his own radio show, and he didn’t change his personality to hide anything, he told the world he was gay. A lot of the wizarding world hated him for it, but there are a few who loved him for it. Dennis likes to be loud, from speech to clothes. He loves to talk to new people for any conversation but the boring ones (politics mostly), and that made him great to work with on the radio. And he loved to party, which he did often, though he usually called it net-working. Dennis likes to act like a ditz, but he’s wicked smart; graduated Hogwarts the 6th in his class. And this intelligence is what kept him moving forward and it kept him grounded. He dreamed for bigger, but he already knew he had the best. He had good friends that always stood by his side, right or wrong. But they told him which was which. You can’t forget that Dennis was a Gryffindor. He was courageous along with being loud and smart. Dennis was slightly on the crazy side, he loved music and sex. Maybe not in that order, and those weren’t the only things. He loved wizard-watching (couldn’t get enough of the babes), he loved drinking, and he loved fashion. He was also addicted to a Muggle place… it was called Starbucks… but he only found that place because of his Muggle cousins. He had to act normal in front of them so they wouldn’t know he was magical, so going to Starbucks had been a part of his cover, a lot. Maybe that’s why he’s always hyper. ten random facts: 1. Is half-blooded. Mother is a witch, father is a Muggle- all his friends know this, and they know not to share that with the public 2. Wished he could be a dad- no one knows this 3. He was a wild carefree young man once who didn’t have a care in the world. He encouraged others to be the same way as him over the radio. He liked pushing people out of their shells to open up to some fun, whether it was through the radio, alcohol, or sex. life story (history): Dennis was born to a witch and a Muggle in June of 1983. His time growing up was interesting. He didn’t attend a special primary school like the rest of his housemates probably did. He was raised the Muggle way, his mother had hoped to keep the magical part a secret for as long as possible, for his father’s sake. The Creevey family was always close; Colin had been the oldest son, the son that made their father, Tiberius, proud. Dennis had been the fun carefree boy that often made their mother, Celeste, laugh. The two children had been closer than most siblings. Dennis always looked up to Colin, and Colin never turned Dennis away because he was the stupid younger brother. When Colin went off to Hogwarts, Dennis gave him a going away present, a camera so he could show Dennis everything. He missed his older brother, and he wished for a chance to follow Colin to the new world of magic. When Colin returned, Dennis’ interrogated Colin all about the school. He looked at all of the pictures, a hand drawn map, heard the stories of the basilisk, and was told stories about all of the people. When Dennis’ letter came he was so excited. He ran to Colin and told him first, before his parents even knew. He had already memorized every picture, the map, and the stories of the people. It was like Dennis had already been for his First Year. When Dennis arrived at Hogwarts, Colin never treated him like an annoying little brother. Instead he treated Dennis like his best friend, and let Dennis go with him and his friends wherever they went. Dennis always looked up to Colin and admired him. Colin had always known about Dennis being gay, and he had even encouraged Dennis to open up and share the fact with their Housemates. But Dennis was afraid to be an outcast, so he always kept it private. He was glad that his brother didn’t hate him for it. At first he was terrified when he found out; when he was in his first year at Hogwarts when he started cluing in to the signs. When he fell into the water and Hagrid pulled him out and put his jacket on him to keep him warm, Dennis had been touched by the thought. But every part of him screamed “FASHION ALERT!” And it was just too hard to ignore. In his second year, his parents had signed for him to be able to go to Hogsmeade a year early, so he was excited to go with Colin and join the DA. He always watched Colin carefully in those classes, Dennis wanted to make sure he could do everything just like his brother, and make him proud. Dennis always remembered those times, and he still does to this day. The final battle with Voldemort was a trying time for Dennis; he lost his brother during the war. McGonagall had been trying to get Colin and Dennis to run away, but Colin refused. As soon as her back was turned, Colin snuck out to the battle. Dennis had tried to follow, but McGonagall caught him. Dennis tried to argue with her as he watched Colin leave through the front doors that stood wide open. All of a sudden, timed seemed to stop for Dennis, he watched as Colin successfully completed two spells, but as he was nearing the completion of his third one, Colin was killed. He fell limp onto the soaked lawn beneath his feet, and Dennis sunk to the stone floor beneath him. McGonagall carried Dennis away as he stared at his brother’s dead body. Dennis didn’t know how he was going to confront his parents. He felt that it was his fault his brother had died. When he arrived at the train station, he hid on the train until he was kicked off. And then he used the shadows and the cover of night to sneak off the train, and he hid from his parents. He watched as they frantically searched for him. He was confused on what to do. Confront them and take the blame, or run away. He almost decided to run away, but then his mother had spotted him. He doesn’t know how she spotted him, and he doesn’t know how she knew, but he does know that his mother went right over to him and hugged him close. She whispered into his hair through sobs that it wasn’t his fault. Dennis cried softly against her as he watched his father. His father looked embarrassed that his wife and child were standing and crying in the middle of an empty train station. Dennis may not have known about his mother, but he knew his father blamed him and his world fully. When he returned to Hogwarts, Dennis was very depressed and alone. He thought a lot about Colin his last year, and decided that he didn’t want to disappoint his deceased brother. So Dennis started to open up to people and started to move past his depression. At Christmas, he sent a card to all of his friends. He couldn’t face them when he told them, so in the card he told them he was gay. He received a card for every card he sent, and they all said “We know. Happy Christmas you arse.” When Hogwarts was over, Dennis told his parents that he was gay. His mother cried, and his father grew angry. He told Dennis he had two days to move out. Dennis did, and he got a job as a janitor at the WWN office. He made a big move up when he was having lunch with his co-workers one day about two years after starting to work there. He was laughing and making jokes and voices with his co-workers when some of the radio personalities that were already on the air walked in. they got a kick out of Dennis and started to have lunch with him. After a year and a half of having lunch with them, they brought him onto the air to help settle a debate. The viewers enjoyed Dennis so much that they kept calling in to talk to him. The executives decided to give Dennis a trial show to see how he did. They made it permanent after six months because the ratings were going higher and higher every week. Dennis quickly set out to make sure the public knew who he was. That is why he goes out every weekend, and has a new boyfriend every three months. But all of that changed one night when he had to go into the trauma ward of Mungo’s. Dennis had been at a party (promoting of course) when he slipped and fell, giving himself a pretty nasty head injury. To this day, Dennis still swears he didn’t have that much to drink, even though there are plenty of people who would testify differently. Anyways, he had a nasty head injury, and the Healer who helped him was really kind, and had a fabulous arse. Even though it was a busy night, the Healer didn’t pass him off as some drunk that was making a bigger fuss than necessary. Not that Dennis does that, people just accuse him of it, of course. The Healer, Theodore Nott, was an old schoolmate of Dennis’, and he spent the better part of the evening talking to Dennis to keep him awake. When Dennis was finally released, he went home and thought a lot about Theodore. It seemed that the old Slytherin had changed a lot. For the next couple of weeks, he couldn’t do anything but obsess about the Healer. So he came up with a plan to see him again, to see if Dennis was only interested in him because he was drunk. He had made sure to get another head injury (stairs at parties can too be dangerous), and when he was taken to Mungo’s he requested Theo, saying he patched him up last time like a pro, and he wanted the same treatment. Theo did come to treat him, but instead of keeping him in the stuffy room on the uncomfortable bed, Theo took him out to walk around and have a cup of coffee. An hour later, Dennis knew. It wasn’t because of the alcohol; Dennis was intrigued by the man even sober. So that meant that Dennis honestly liked Theo. For the next several weeks, Dennis talked about Theo constantly on the air. Giving him the name “Medi-Teddy” because he didn’t want everyone to know who he was talking about incase he was rejected. Dennis discussed Theo on air because he couldn’t keep going to Mungo’s with a head injury every few weeks. Over the air, Dennis asked Medi-Teddy for a date, a real honest-to-Fates date. He asked non-stop until one day, Theo showed up at the station. Dennis was shocked that the man he had been asking for had finally shown. But he wasn’t shocked that meeting ended with shag in the broom closet down the hall. Dennis knew that wasn’t going to be the end. When he got back on air, he told the listeners what had just happened (no details), and he told them he knew it was going to be different this time. He was right. Nine months later, Dennis was practically living with Theo in his apartment. He spent every night there, having the best shag of his life. Sometimes, more often than not, the best shags of his life. It didn’t take Theo long to talk Dennis into giving up his apartment, he was thrilled to be moving in with Theo permanently. This relationship lasted the next few years. Dennis was the happiest he had ever been, he didn’t think anything could destroy the happiness he had with Theo. Until someone from Mungo’s had come to tell Dennis that Theo had been murdered. His world shattered for the second time in his life, the first being Colin’s death. After Theo died, Dennis was never quite the same. He was still loud and crazy, but being the center of attention didn’t matter anymore. Dennis never had another relationship after Theo, he didn’t think anyone could compare to him. That’s not to say Dennis never shagged again. That was one thing he couldn’t stay still for long on. But even with all the random one nighters, Dennis never found another person that made him feel the way Theo did. Years later, when Dennis was in his early 40’s, he came to the same tragic end that Theo did, just ten years or so before. He went to New York, New York to visit the fashion capitol of the United States. Dennis had been walking along happily, when he heard news of a sample sale. For Prada. How could he not attend?! The newest fashions from Prada at 70% off! He quickly stepped into an alley to apparate to the sale. When he arrived he stood in the line and waited. He prepared to make a mad dash when the doors were opened. And there they went. Through the crack of the doors, he could see piles of clothes. He made to rush forward with the rest of the crowd when something happened. Something horrible and tragic; Dennis was tripped. There was no one to save Dennis, and he was trampled by the crowds. Though he was rushed to a near hospital, Dennis didn’t make it. Some say they would die for a chance like a Prada sample sale where things were 70% off, Dennis actually did. And he didn’t even get to see all the items for sale!
