Now as a vampire, her hair remained the same dark shade but she even dyed it black for good measure and to fit well with her rocker appearance, but she now has much paler skin than before, the universal symptom of having the vampire curse afflicted upon a person. Her skin is milky and smooth, now. She stands at a comfortable 5 foot 7. Her dark hair goes past her shoulders in waves normally. Before she had hazelnut eyes, now they are a shade of dark black sometimes maroon. She is naturally slender She was even a beauty before her transformation, though not many in that time could look past the orphan garb, but now the vampire venom intensified it like it does to so many. Personality: When Allegra was human, she carried with her the thought of never belonging to anything and had confusion over who she was because she had no idea who her family was. But when she was accepted into the Romano family she immediately felt home for the first time even when she was traveling from place to place. Home was Ludo. She is a confident woman that's not afraid to speak her mind but sometimes afraid to bare her emotions on her sleeves but that got easier in time and now is all mouth and emotions. She's honest when she speaks her mind and has a right temper when she gets too heated up. Quick to get even. When she was a human she was rather modest being brought up in an orphanage run my nuns, but lets say thats not something that carried with her to her rebirth. She lacks no restraint in speaking her mind, like its been said, and it doesn't stop when she has a dirty mind and she opens her mouth to comment without shame. She has a fiery passion for her loved ones and the things she loves such as music and human blood. Brief History: In 1909, Giacomo Puccini's wife accused her husband of having an affair their maid Doria Manfredi. History claims the accusation to be false and calls Puccini's wife insanely jealous multiple times... but could she have been right all along. In 1908, Puccini and the maid spent an entire summer in Cairo and when he came back he was inspired and was devoted to write La Faniculla del Wes. History than goes on to claim that in the maids grief of the accusation she committed suicide. Was it a cover-up for something much bigger? That same year a baby girl was born in Torre del Lago and brought to an orphanage quickly after the mother's death and no sign of a father. Despite her rather sad situation the baby girl fell under, the nuns that took care of the children in the orphanage soon noticed a cheerful and lively spirit from the girl and promptly named her Allegra. The nuns gave her as much schooling as they could to their possibility. They taught her to read, write, bible teachings of course, and soon after hearing her singing in corridors and taking an interest in the church choir they began to teach her music. Most girls that went into her situation became nuns in the end since their social status wasn't close to call for a proper marriage, but Allegra thought more out of life and as soon as her 17th birthday arrived she left the orphanage and traveled from Italian village to village. She sang in the streets to make a few coins at the end of the day to buy bread. When she went to bigger cities she was able to afford a more substantial meal. The same routine would happen and she would enjoy life where she could when she could. She would fight when she needed to sometimes she'd have to slap around a few men in a bar but thankfully nothing major. In 1930 however when she was 21 she was singing in somewhere about the face in little Italy. She attracted more male attention here than anywhere else, including a very intrigued vampire, and a dangerous human. One night when she was on her way to an inn for the night, she was stalked by both men. The human though got to her first, deranged he asked for her to spend the night with him. When she refused he kept persueing until he got to handsy and Allegra had to resort to another means by getting him away. She threatened to scream for help and when she did that, he promptly covered her mouth and started beating her to death, before any sexual intrusion could happen she was already knocked unconscious. Scared when she stopped fighting and from what he could tell stopped breathing, he ran away, leaving her in the streets bleeding. The vampire then turned bit her and after 3 days of agony, she was a vampire herself. She fell in love with Ludo Romano and joined his family in marriage. Bela turned out to be the father she never had and Arteyu the brother she never knew. She loved all of her boys and was glad to finally belong somewhere. Relationships: Bela Romano: Technically he's just her father-in-law, but since she never had a father in her human life, the emotional void probably transfered over to her vampiric self and views Bela as her own father whom she respects very much and cares what he thinks. Ludo Romano: He's Allegra's Husband, mate in life, and also the vampire that changed her. The love of her life.
