| Bio: |  HISTORY HERITAGE It all began in 1955 when Reynard Delavour, a wizard naturalist who often did research under Newt Scamander, stumbled upon an isolated Veela colony in the South of France. There he met Yvette, a young Veela. The colony had been isolated from wizarding society for the last fifty years and Yvette had never seen a human. She was entranced by his rugged quality and when Reynard returned to his home outside of Paris, Yvette ran away to be with him. Reynard gave up exploring and took a job copy editing for a Parisian publisher which specialized in Herbology and Creature texts. It took Yvette most of her life to adjust to wizard society. In 1957 she gave birth to Apolline. Apolline was the only child of the couple, an elegant, well-mannered, half Veela girl. She attended Beauxbatons where she met Gaspard Delacour. He was from a good family who had lost their fortune generations ago, but his mother knew the value of manners and chivalry. Gaspard was a hopeless romantic. He fell in love at first sight (though really it was the charm) and chased the half-Veel girl for years. After graduating they were married and really fell in love for the first time. SCHOOL Fleur Delacour was born on May 3, 1977. She was almost of Hogwarts age when her sister, Gabrielle, was born. Fleur was able to use her charm to get anything she wanted as a teenager. Even though she was using her attraction, she always kept her virtue. Her mother would never let either of her daughters become less than honourable women. Fleur was gifted and excelled in school and the Triwizard Tournament. She never took anything too seriously until Cedric died. Cedric was an equal and possibly the first she'd met. Attractive, smart, charming... if he could die, so could she. ADULT LIFE Fleur decided that she needed to leave her comfort zone to really grow so she moved to England and was hired by Gringotts. There she met Bill. It would be a lie to say that she didn't notice his tall strong build or sharp features first. What kept her interested was his heart. Bill had to work for everything he had and he was honourable about it. She loved his family, even if they weren't fans of her. In 1997 she married Bill as a virgin bride. Her plans for a perfect wedding night were wrecked when Shacklebolt's Patronus showed up just in time to warn them before Death Eaters crashed the party. The war got messy for her as a Weasley. She fought alongside Bill in the Battle of Hogwarts. In 2000 she had their first child, Victoire. Bill and Fleur have adjusted to his half-moon condition. She still works at the bank and even though he's scarred, she still finds him incredibly sexy. Besides, she's beautiful enough for the both of them. | |||||||||
