Basics. NAME/NICKNAMES: Spencer Waite / Spence GENDER: Male BIRTHDAY/AGE: May 3 / 21 SEXUALITY: Heterosexual OCCUPATION: Construction Manager APPEARANCE: Under Construction. Supernatural. Super Strength - Ability of magically augmented physical strength, more so than capable of ordinary mortals. Celerity - Ability to travel extremely fast on foot and sometimes at the speed of light for indefinite periods of time. Shimmering - Ability to move to one place from another without occupying the space between to get there, done merely by thinking of who one wants to find or where one wants to go. To those who witness this teleportation, it looks as though the individual is "shimmering" in and out, hence the name. Venomous Claws - Ability to project poison from one's claws or nails. He has a greater resistance to magical attack. Limited telepathic connection to his own kind. It is a very annoying, high-pitched cry that attracts others of his kind. He can transform into a Manticore at will. Not his favorite thing to do. Personality. Under Construction Family Tree.   His Parents Personal Biography. Spencer parents didn't have what you'd call a normal relationship. His mother was a Manticore that planned on killing his father, Derek, after she had mated with him. Luckily his dad got away. Determined to get Spencer back he turned himself into a creature strong enough to get past Manticore. After with some help with the charmed ones he was able to revert back to a human and get Spencer back. Derek left the charmed one knowing it was his job to make sure nothing went wrong with Spencer. Despite being part demon Spencer was a fairly easy baby. Of course his father was glad that piper gave him the ingredients to the Manitcore potion. Spencer's cry would still be able to attract any that were hanging around the Underworld. As Spencer grew up his father had to teach him to hide his abilities. Explained to him that not everyone would understand how special Spencer really was. So for his father he never used his powers out of the house. The only really had thing for him to do was to hide the most obvious difference about him. He developed a habit of licking the back of his teeth so he would not stick out his tongue. Although sometimes when he was grounded he shimmered out to the mall or something like that. This only got him more ground but it was the only thing they didn't see eye to eye. Spencer often told his dad that he was told to go to his room not stay in it. When he was getting ready to advance into high school his father was approached by a man to enroll Spencer into magic school. Spencer and his dad talked about it but turned down the invite. Spencer was fine with going to a normal high school, in the end his father made it Spencer's decision alone. Well most of his grades were below expect three of this class. Which were math, art, and PE which he exceeded in. His father was just glad that he actually graduated with the grades he brought home. Still Derek was proud of his son. He decided to go straight into the work world instead of going to college and got a job working as a construction worker. He had certain talents that helped him out in this field. Such as his super human strength which he often used in the work place. He quickly moved up the ladder to the second in command of the site head, making him a manager. During the summer a couple of demons caught wind of Spencer. Attacking his father and him in their home for reasons unknown to Spencer. He hadn't done anything to them. He yelled for his father to run but Derek wouldn't leave his son. One of the demons blasted Derek, he flew and fell to the ground dead. It only pissed Spencer off. Spencer transformed into his manticore form and threw the demon that killed his father though a wall. As he turned to the others they shimmered away.
