Personality.

Peter has been categorised as a shy, geeky introvert for most of his life. He has a nervous energy that buzzes around him in social settings and often stumbles over his words. This is in part due to the fact that his brain works so much faster than the rest of his body often that by the time he’s finished processing the thought and is onto the next subject his mouth has barely formed the words. He doesn’t have social anxiety, but he does struggle in social settings and can be considered socially awkward, able to hold full conversations - in person - often only with close friends and loved ones with success. He lacks confidence in himself in his non-super persona, though he does want to impress people, especially those whose opinion he values and has a keen desire to be seen as ‘worthy’.

When he’s behind the mask, Peter’s quick brain allows him to be witty and throw quips out all the time. His confidence when facing down others is only rocked by his occasional lapse into what he calls ‘analysis paralysis’, where he’s seeing all the eventualities of his actions and becomes stuck in which direction to go forward. That happens in his normal life, too, more often. Because he’s so young, even behind the mask he is easily distracted, excitable and keen to prove himself as someone that Tony Stark - in particular - can rely on. He wants to prove that he’s worth spending time and effort with and that he has something valuable to bring to the world. Inspired by the death of his Uncle, Peter wants to be the best he can be for those who don’t have someone to stand up for them. This was further honed into him after his experiences with Vulture; he wants to protect the people that sometimes get forgotten about while the Avengers are busy saving the universe.

Impressionable and desperate to impress, Peter throws himself into things behind the people who he looks up to without fully understanding the background - for example, he still knows little about the Sokovia Accords but believes they are a good thing because he was told so by Tony, the man that Peter idolises. He is easily swayed by someone who he considers to be more ‘more experienced’ when it comes to his ‘hero stuff’, and despite trying to prove that he was ready to join the Avengers, recent events have made him realise that he isn’t ready to play in the big league, that he’s not in a position to be able to do that without causing more harm than good and he doesn’t want any other innocents to be hurt because of his lack of hubris. He can be immature in his decision making and since he’s come back from the Decimation and watched Tony die - truly understanding the stakes of the game he’s playing in - he’s suffered with serious anxiety and panic attacks, struggling to get a handle on his emotions and his powers as they sometimes now overwhelm him. The weight of ‘who will be the new Iron Man’ weighs heavy on his shoulders. Turning to the nearest ‘experienced’ person, Peter doesn’t like the weight of responsibility and has tried to push it off and onto someone else. He relies heavily on the experience of others, people who ‘know better’ or ‘are better’, which doesn’t always end the way he wants it to.

He has no desire to share his secret identity. Primarily this has been to protect Aunt May from knowing his secret but now it’s more that he wants to keep her safe, as well as those around him. He doesn’t want any consequences from his vigilante life coming back to haunt his civilian life and knows that he has to try harder and be better at keeping that secret, considering how quickly Vulture worked out who he was. Of course, placing his trust in the wrong person has thrown that out of the window, as he has just been outed to the world by Quentin Beck, that jerk-hole who lied and pretended to be a superhero, who also lied about what was going on.

He’s caring and passionate and just wants to do the right thing. He needs to find his own two feet and develop his own opinion of things to be able to apply his critical thinking skills to his super life as well as his normal one.

One day he’d like to not be star struck, too, when meeting other heroes. That would be super.

Skills & Abilities.

Abilities

Taken from here
Superhuman Strength
Spider-Man possesses considerable superhuman strength, due to it being the proportional strength of a spider. Although he is relatively untrained, his strength alone is sufficient enough to catch a 1.5-ton car that was moving at 40 miles an hour when it was just inches away from hitting a bus, and he claimed to Ned Leeds to be able to move a bus with his bare hands.
Superhuman Speed
Spider-Man can run and move much faster than an ordinary human and is adept at dodging quickly. Spider-Man was also quick enough to catch up to a speeding vehicle on foot.
Superhuman Durability
Spider-Man's body is inhumanly resistant towards impact forces and blunt force trauma, as he has taken a punch from Winter Soldier and a spinning air kick from Captain America without any serious injuries. Additionally, Spider-Man easily endured a collision with a metal beam while being dragged by Falcon's Redwing flying at full force and a strike from Captain America's Shield, as well as being backhanded by a gigantic Ant-Man, falling unharmed from several stories in the process. Parker only sustained a black eye from the entire Clash of the Avengers and was able to pass it off as a result of bullies at school while telling his Aunt May. Moreover, Spider-Man survived being dragged from a speeding van and endured hits from garbage bins and stacks of bricks, withstand multiple blows from the Shocker's Gauntlet unharmed, as well as Vulture collapsing a considerable portion of a concrete roof on top of him, with only minor injuries. Parker was even able to withstand a blow from the tremendously strong Thanos while wearing the Iron Spider Armor. However, according to Karen, even Spider-Man would most likely not survive a fall from the top of Washington Monument.

He later survived a plane crash and a fall from the inside of an elevator shaft while only being incapacitated, which he recovered from faster than a human would. While Spider-Man followed Ebony Maw's chase for Doctor Strange and the Time Stone, Parker was unfazed by the various objects flung at him by Maw, even shaking off a direct collision with a billboard, resuming his pursuit. Parker could endure a car being blasted at him from a combat drone as well as a missile with mild discomfort. Parker was also able to survive a high-speed train heading towards him, and manage to survive with only minor injuries and mildly nauseated, though he did require some of his injuries be stitched up by Happy Hogan. Despite this, he was able to function at full capacity, enough to battle a multitude of Mysterio's drones with his great agility and strength.
Superhuman Agility
Peter is as agile as a spider, being able to make movements that would be extremely difficult for a normal human with great facility, capable of swinging around on thin spider-webbing and jumping great distances and heights without difficulty. His bones, muscles, and joints have more elastic strength and durability, allowing him to perform gymnastic and contortionist maneuvers without damaging his bone structure. In conjunction with his Spider-Sense, Parker is able to easily dodge full auto gunfire in point blank range from numerous invisible drones with his eyes closed during his battle with Mysterio.
Superhuman Equilibrium
Spider-Man possesses a heightened sense of equilibrium which greatly enhances his balance and coordination. Parker is able to adjust his position by instinct, which enabled him to balance on a string of web and perform a somersault, as well as catch a web cartridge while standing on the railing of a fire escape.
Enhanced Senses
Spider-Man's senses are greatly enhanced, with him describing them as being "dialed to eleven". Hence, Parker is able to sense potentially dangerous things shortly before they occur. For example, if an object is being thrown at Spider-Man, he will usually be aware of it, even if it is hurled from far away and he is facing the opposite direction. This includes:

Enhanced Vision: Spider-Man's sense of sight is superhuman, to the point that he is forced to wear dark goggles to prevent it from handicapping him in a battle, as there is "too much input".

Spider-Sense: (NOT: the ‘Peter Tingle’) Attributed as an extrasensory ability, Spider-Man's brain intakes and responses to stimuli at an accelerated rate, acting as a precognitive ability to sense potential or immediate danger, a kind of "sixth sense" ascribed to Spider-Man. This awareness thus implies some kind of intelligence, capable of parsing Spider-Man's surroundings, identifying and critically evaluating a potential threat at a subconscious level, thus alerting Spider-Man of dangers he cannot readily notice at first, allowing him to effectively dodge and counter incoming attacks in combat, including projectiles aimed at him even from a blind spot. Provided with his extraordinary speed and wall-crawling, the spider-sense is sufficiently well-linked to his superhuman kinesthetics and reflexes, and it permits Spider-Man to evade all manner of spontaneous dangers by an evidently instinctual exercise of some uncanny reflex. It also gives him omnipresent detection to his surroundings, which is how he web swings without looking where he shoots his webs with ease. This ability also doesn't seem to work on individuals Parker doesn't subconsciously consider threats, like his Aunt May. However, as his enhanced reflexes directly correspond to his sensory input, he can be rendered vulnerable to attacks if his senses are overloaded. Spider-Man also, despite his incredible reflexes, can be caught by surprise should he allow himself to get distracted. While on a bus during a field trip, Parker was able to sense Ebony Maw's Q-Ship descending on New York City, despite being miles away from the site. He is also susceptible to attacks if he does not have sufficient time to elude the attack. After crash-landing the Q-Ship on Titan, Spider-Man was able to sense a threat was going to happen before warning Iron Man and Doctor Strange. His senses had also warned him of his impending demise at the hands of Thanos moments before he began to fade away. Furthermore, Parker's spider-sense outwardly possesses a directional component and can guide him to or away from concealed danger and disguised enemies, such as using his senses to elegantly dodge and attack the invisible Stark Industries Combat Drones that were heading towards him. After Spider-Man defeats all of the Stark Industries Combat Drones, when Mysterio gestured the glasses to him, his senses warned him of the real Mysterio cloaked beside him with a gun to his head, allowing him to anticipate Beck's murder attempt, and countered immediately.
Wall-Crawling
Spider-Man can adhere to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces in order to scale them and has stated that he does not use any adhesive gloves or fabrics to do it. This ability allows him to stick to almost any surface when willing himself to, as physical contact with said surfaces creates a locking connection necessary to support his body, even when he is inverted above the ground. Alternatively, Parker can make individual portions of his body adhesive, which allowed him to stick his foot onto the chest of a bank robber to fling him into a wall.
Regenerative Healing Factor
Spider-Man's increased metabolism allows him to rapidly heal and regenerate from harm faster and more extensively than normal humans can recover from.

Skills

Gifted Intelligence
Peter Parker is a highly intelligent science enthusiast, with aptitudes in chemistry, physics, and engineering. His intellect was praised by some of the smartest people in the world such as Tony Stark himself, who considered him a candidate for MIT. As Spider-Man, he can also come up with witty and incredibly annoying quips and references, much to his allies and enemies' irritation.
Expert Scientist
Parker displayed knowledge in various fields of science. He developed a highly advanced chemical compound into a silk-like material (the sophistication of which even impressed Tony Stark), and quickly deduced the composition of Falcon's wings based on their relationship between rigidity and flexibility, despite only witnessing their usage in a short span of time. Parker also has knowledge in physics; he was able to quickly solve a physics problem (calculating linear acceleration between points A and B) by just taking a glance at the board and is well-versed in the multiverse theory. Parker is also well-read and good at math.
Expert Engineer
Parker has an affinity for working on and building computers, and has become an expert when it comes to creating new technology. As such, he constructed his own web-shooters along with his first Spider-Man Suit and goggles. Furthermore, when deprived of his former suits, Parker managed to take for himself all of Stark's previous designs to create a suit of his own using Stark technology.
Tactician
Parker draws from pop culture when formulating strategies, notably when he let Iron Man and War Machine know of his plan to tie up Ant-Man's legs, after which they knocked the immobilized giant down. In a similar fashion, Parker devised a plan to rescue Doctor Strange from Ebony Maw by ejecting him out of his Q-Ship through a hull breach. He also uses the laws of physics to his advantage, such as when he used the lift from a SWAT team's helicopter blades to his advantage to get enough momentum to break a window in order to save his classmates. Parker is still relatively inexperienced, however, since he asked Iron Man for advice during the Avengers Civil War, and later consistently asked for Karen's assistance in taking down Vulture and his gang. Following his battle's in space against Thanos and the Guardians of The Galaxy as well as the Battle for Earth, Parker seems to have grown in this ability in the eight months following the Battle of Earth, being able to fight against Mysterio, circumventing his illusions and ultimately stopping his plans.
Investigator
Parker was able to effectively utilize his suit's video archives and Karen's access to law enforcement databases to generate suspects to interrogate and to source the locations of places and people of interest.
Combatant
After fighting crime for six months, Parker's combat style developed into a somewhat instinctive and improvised collection of techniques that emphasizes the use of his superhuman strength, speed, agility, and Web-Shooters. Hence, Parker uses quick, powerful attacks and agile movements while firing his webs to immobilize his enemies. However, Parker is not skilled in martial arts as his style is self-taught and he often gets distracted while in combat. He has a predictable style of combat which can be intercepted and easily countered if someone’s got the time to watch him before fighting him and he could do with more training to make him a better, less predictable fighter.
Master Acrobat
Due to his superhuman agility, Spider-Man can perform acrobatic and gymnastic feats, such as flips, with little effort. While wearing the Iron Spider Armor, Parker's coordination is greatly enhanced, allowing him to easily navigate throughout the environment of Titan, rescuing the Guardians mid-air while swinging through the obstacles affected by the planet's gravitational distortions, as well as effortlessly dodge preciously-shot plasma blast from a master marksman like Star-Lord.
Marksman
Spider-Man possesses extremely keen eyesight, and is able to accurately utilize his Web-Shooters to neutralize his targets during his crime-fighting. This is unlikely to transition well into firearms, however he is good at throwing objects and small items with the same accuracy as his Web-Shooters.
Multilingualism
Peter is fluent in English and Italian and is semi-fluent in Spanish.

Wiki History

Five Most Significant Moments in his life
    1. The Stark Expo
It was the first event that Peter had been taken to following the death of his parents. Nothing had been able to shake the cloud of gloom over the kid except being surrounded by technology and excitement. Much to May and Ben's amusement, he'd demanded to go dressed as Iron Man, so his delight was incalculable when the Iron Man turned up.

It took Peter longer than he's proud of to realise that the glove that he'd lifted to stop the bad Iron Man suit hadn't fired anything, and that the real Iron Man must have been behind him when it happened. He didn't stop talking about it for weeks.

Two things were rekindled in him that day, following the spark that had gone out when his mom and dad died: his love for science and his desire to help people, just like Iron Man.

    2. Becoming Spider-Man HC
You'd think the part where he got bitten by a radioactive spider and developed spider-based powers would be where Peter 'became' Spider-Man, but that isn't it. Peter had decided to try and fight crime, sure, but he was bad at it. He talked too much and though he was thankfully a lot faster than everyone he was up against, he had no idea what he was doing and often ended up on the wrong end of police gun as much as the bad guys he was trying to help.

What really changed for him, what made him want to truly make the best of this and the first thing that made him realise he could make a difference was the death of his Uncle Ben. Peter had failed to stop a robbery, focusing on the guy that had been incapacitated and helping him rather than the one who ran away. Unbeknownst to Peter, his Uncle - who had heard the sound of the place's alarm going off - intercepted the robber and was shot in the stomach as a result. Peter ran to him, having changed out of his pyjama-based suit and was almost too late.

Ben died in his arms, telling Peter he loved him and that whatever he decided to do, he was a good kid, and he would be a good man. That with great power, comes great responsibility. Peter realised then that he had to do better, to be better. In many ways, this pivotal moment was the making of him. He hadn't been able to stop the guy that hurt Uncle Ben, but he'd make sure that he didn't miss anyone else. And though he failed a lot, and he got knocked down a lot, and still has a lot to learn, he still tries to think about what Uncle Ben would do. And what Tony Stark would do, even though Tony Stark told him to make sure he did the opposite of what Tony Stark would do.

    3. The Vulture
Peter's encounter with Toomes was memorable for many reasons, not in the least because he learned that not all bad guys come from the Generic Bad Guy Lot. Toomes was a father - and a good one - to a girl that Peter liked a lot. Fighting against Toomes as The Vulture, and also as Peter Parker, taught Peter a couple of really valuable lessons:
      1. That he wasn't invincible. He's a self-taught fighter and has always relied on his abilities and instinct to keep him safe. This had always worked against bicycle thieves, muggers and the low-level criminals Peter was used to fighting. But Toomes was smarter, faster and more tactically aware which meant that he was not only able to work out who Peter was but how to take him down almost permanently.

Peter won't openly admit it, but being trapped under several tons of concrete has given him somewhat of a fear of small, enclosed spaces.

Toomes taught him that he needs to be smarter, his stint as a temporary Avenger didn't give him all of the answers. He nearly died, and he nearly let Toomes die. Peter realised the serious consequences of being a hero, and how even though he thinks he's doing the right thing there will always be people that are hurt and how to some people he will always be the villain.

    4. The Decimation
Honestly, that whole period on Titan was insane. He dodged pieces of a moon that were being flung towards them, he rescued unconscious people and he went up - briefly - against Thanos, a guy intending on destroying the entire world.

He remembers the moment, the moment he felt something was wrong, the way he felt it happening. He felt the Decimation creeping up on him like an icy cold, he felt himself disappearing before it happened, before it started and while everyone else went peacefully, Peter was in agony. The memory of that pain still haunts him in the dead of night, when his brain has nothing better to do than remind him of all the times he's failed. The Decimation was another time he tasted failure and he hated it.

    5. Outed HC
Immediately after Mysterio - Quentin Beck - was killed by a bullet from the drones that he had programmed to kill, a clip was released of Quentin Beck giving the world his identity. Realistically, Peter knew that there was no evidence to back it up other than a random man saying so, but Happy still took him back to New York on a private plane and arranged a quiet, discreet security detail to protect him from anything that might come his way.

Ned and MJ were great: they didn't even flinch when people started challenging them but Peter... well, Peter had to go into hiding anyway and pretend that the sudden surge of bile, vitriol and pure, unadulterated hatred aimed at Spider-Man from the likes of J Jonah Jameson and others of his ilk. His confidence was already shaken, broken by everything that had happened and suddenly, having (what feels like) the whole world turning on him was too hard to bear.
