Her parents - co-owners and CFO and CEO of D&R Jewelers, respectively - made sure that their children were properly spoiled. '67: Displays first sign of magic during a tantrum; all the glass in the room shatters when she screams. '70: Hogwarts acceptance letter arrives! Being the social butterfly that she is, she makes friends immediately on the train ride to Hogwarts. The sorting hat places her in Ravenclaw. '77: Graduates from Hogwarts! Still unsure of what she wants to do with her life... August '78: Meets Seth Wadcock at a Puddlemere United party. Her brother Riley was friends with one of the United players at the time. She thought he was gorgeous, but they didn't spend very muc time getting to know each other. In face, there was little talking done that night... September '78: Discovers that she is pregnant. Seeing how she hadn't been with any men for months before or after meeting Seth, she knows he's the father. She begins to panic, and her parents do not handle the news well. May '79: Daughter Leanne is born. Hannah cries and cries as she holds her beautiful baby girl in her arms. There is an immediate attachment when she looks into her newborn daughters eyes, but she is also terrified at the same time. She spends the rest of the year writing letters to Seth Wadcock that are never sent. She falls into a depression. July '80: Leanne is one year old, and Hannah is at her wits end. She tried to be a good Mum for Leanne, but after seeing that Seth had gotten married, she felt a twang of jealousy. Not because she wanted to be the one wearing the ring on her finger, but because he was able to just go about his life after getting her pregnant. He didn't know that Leanne existed, but Hannah felt like she was failing her in all aspects. She had spent 7 years trapped in a castle, and now she was trapped in her own home because she had a baby. He was successful, and she knew he had the means to properly take care of her, and as far as she was concerned, there would be nothing worse for Leanne than growing up with a Mum who secretly resented her existence, almost as much as she loved her. It was the hardest decision she ever made, but she bundled Leanne up in her favorite blanket, and dropped her off at Seth's front door, not having the courage to face him and ask him to raise their daughter - there was a risk that he would say 'no'. It had taken her a few months to procure his address. She sobbed as she kissed her goodbye, tucking a letter to Seth into the carriage before walking away. August '80: '83: Meets Gilderoy Lockhart in Singapore, who is there in an attempt to find inspiration for his new book. Gilderoy asks if she would like to join him on his journey as his 'assistant' - which really consisted of keeping him company and running some errands for him - and without even thinking twice about it, she agrees. Spends the next few months traveling with the author until she catches him with another woman while they were in Greece. '86: Feeling like she has done a significant amount of growing up over the last 7 years, she returns to Ireland and seeks out Seth. She informs him that she would like to be a part of her daughters life again. He doesn't take the news well, and finds different ways to dodge her.
