"A human being should be able to change a diaper, plan an invasion, butcher a hog, conn a ship, design a building, write a sonnet, balance accounts, build a wall, set a bone, comfort the dying, take orders, give orders, cooperate, act alone, solve equations, analyze a new problem, pitch manure, program a computer, cook a tasty meal, fight efficiently, die gallantly. Specialization is for insects. Excerpt from the notebooks of Lazarus Long, from Robert Heinlein's Time Enough for Love

Adrestia travels near constantly, and therefore, has no primary residence, though she does have quite a few safe houses and hideways hidden all over the globe. Traditionally, Adrestia is a goddess of war, similar to her brothers Phobos and Deimos, and venerated as a goddess of revenge and balance.
{| MYTHOLOGY (adapted from Wikipedia)|}
Born of the union between Ares and Aphrodite, Adrestia inherited a good portion of the passions of both, which blended into a balance that has marked the course of her life. Where Deimos and Phobos inspire terror in the hearts of men, Adrestia seeks justice and retribution. Her time on the battlefields is balanced with time spent afterward seeking out those who might have escaped with their lives, the deeds gone unpunished.
In what little down time may be found, Adrestia prefers to read, primarily science fiction novels, and to cook, and yes, her mother's influence is evident in her passion for life's more sensual experiences, as well.
epithets: Foregoing the use of a surname, she chooses to be Adrestia to most, though to those who find themselves on the receiving end of her wrath, she has been become known as Nemesis. Some family members call her Addie.

As I've yet to win the lottery or publish a series of books marketed at impressionable teens, I am forced to work for a living and therefore am able to romp and play with others mostly in the evening hours and on the weekends.
