William Ballard House, often known simply as just Ballard House, is a halfway house and shelter for the supernatural. Launched on August 1st, 2009, in association with Joining Hands, Ballard House offers both protection and training for supernaturals, as well as aiding them in any way possible with getting on their feet (if needed). The house itself is surrounded by a massive security gate and privacy fence, and warded with many protection spells.

The house has many shared bedrooms, with several private bedrooms for special cases. There are were-tested cages in the basement for the full moon, and the property rests on several acres overlooking the river with a private backyard. There are always counselors and social workers on duty, and many hiring and volunteering opportunities available. Ballard House has its own greenhouse, gym, pool, and library with an extensive collection of supernatural information.
