Abilities Strengths: He can control water making it solid and turning it to weapons swords,maces even staffs. He can perform great feats of magic. Due to the underwater pressure. and having to see underwater. He has enhanced sense. Super strength. His' skin is also thicker and makes him semi bullet proof. Only small arms fire. a 50. caliber would penetrate the skin. He is also trained as an atlantian warrior. Weaknesses outside water for a prolonged period of time would cause him to dry. taking water molecules from the air would only allow him a temporary reprieve. If he is caught in an explosion he will become dehydrated that much faster.
Personality Garth was raised in Arthur's court and trained as a warrior in atlantis as well as excelled in the magic school offered to any citizen with such abilities. growing up in atlantis gives most of his life he was an outcast. Because of this, He pushed himself harder and seeks to prove himself at every turn. He may seem emotionless at times. This is not true. He has a reservoir of emotion but hides it well. He has mixed feelings of surface. He sees there potential for growth and there capacity for good. He also sees there greed and the senseless destruction of there environment for material needs.
Background Garth was born in Atlantis, He was only adopted by Arthur curry. His real parents are unknown as they left him to die due to his purple eyes. It was viewed among the citizens as a curse. He was found by aquaman who took his as his ward and his sidekick. He sees Mera and Arthur as his parents as they raised. He went through weak and sickly state in his first few years. He struggled and fought no matter how many times he failed. He was
After being cared for and treated he slowly grew, getting stronger getting faster. learning and being educated putting as much emphasis into his mind as well as his body. Finding out that he has a magical gift. he was placed into a special school. Both the school of war and the magical school he had little friendship. always put him as a outcast. This put a drive in him to excel in all his skill sets. In magic and in martial skills.
He was going to honor the man that was his father Aquaman taking up the mantle of aqualad. Among the fear he was also hated by some of his peers. This continued to push him further. He can make weapons out of the water and even use water itself to fight but he has taken to using a trident. He has battled evils from both the sea and the surface. He spends some time in the surface learning about the culture and the ways of the surface which vary and are as diverse as life forms under water.

Writing Sample
The darkness of death is a very different thing from the darkness of the ocean's deepest depths. For the former, nothing meant exactly that - absolutely nothing. No noise, no sound, no feeling...just a heavy, dark blankness, sans awareness of any sort. For the latter, it meant that seeing was difficult, but that the senses were awake, that there was awareness. Garth, once sidekick of Aquaman, a citizen of the land known in this place as Dimension Aqua, had felt the shock of life instantly once the aftermath of the Blackest Night was over. Suddenly, he was alive again, lost in the deepest deaths of the ocean.
That was awhile ago, and a couple of harrowing things had happened since.
Today, quite the worse for wear, he washes up on the shore of the burgeoning island nation of Avalon, his skintight red and black jumpsuit torn, his pack that carried water cracked, quite the worse for wear.
