001. A new day (Day 6)
I woke up this morning thinking I was back in Forks. It was almost comforting for once. It took me a moment to realize that yesterday was real. This place seems like a dream.

I'm Bella. I don't think I know anyone other than Caspian whom I met yesterday and Edward who is from Forks, the town I was living in. I cried myself to sleep passed out yesterday and slept through the whole day. I woke up before dawn this morning and I've been going through this journal here, since I can't get back to sleep. I don't really recognize any names or anything, but it seems like we're going to be here a while, and I thought I should say hello. Actually, I just want to check and make sure Charlie's not here. I just hope he's okay.

That's probably shock keeping you asleep so long. Did it myself for a while, though not so much here. How're you feeling now?

I'm okay. I think it was the quiet too. I have a hard time sleeping to the sound of rain.

Really? There's nothing I love more than the sound of rain when I sleep. The TARDIS gives me I got one of those sound machines so I can listen to it even when it's not actually raining outside.

I'm from Arizona, so I'm used to silence at night. Maybe the sound of the cicadas, but that's a lot different from rain.

Arizona? That's mostly desert, right? I've only been to the US once, but it was sort of near there if grammar school geography serves my memory.

Yeah that's right! The part that I'm from was always sunny, hot and dry. I miss it.

Where are you from? If you don't mind me asking.

No, I don't mind at all. I'm from London, middle of the city, really. But I've--done a fair bit of traveling, we'll say.

I'm behind on the goings on in the journals but I wanted to introduce myself and say Hello, I'm Willow Rosenberg it's nice to meet you. I've found books here to distract me, maybe the library may be good for you too?
