Oh dear. That isn't an easy situation at all.
I'm assuming you had to tell Neville, again, about your history to explain why you woke up next to him. Just let him know you'll be there for him for whatever he needs. I think that is all you can do right now. His mum is still the same, though, yeah? That might help just a bit, even though I can imagine there's so much going on for her.
Then you can come home and I can give you a hug, and maybe make some hot cocoa.
