OUT OF CHARACTER

Name: Mike
Age: 34
Email/AIM: michaelthedestroyer@yahoo.com, KingMike33315
Timezone: USA Eastern

IN CHARACTER

Name: Victor Stone (Cyborg)
Fandom: Smallville
Age: 17 (estimated 17-19)
Point in Canon: Season 9, just after "Disciple"
Alignment: Heaven
Powers (If any): Enhanced strength, speed, and durability. Able to survive a collision with a vehicle. Able to interface with computer systems to get information, reroute commands, erase or alter data. He's not completely invincible, he can bleed if he takes too much damage (which in some parts, may come out as oil).

Personality: He believes in doing what is right and what needs to be done in order to complete the mission. Victor is very loyal to his friends and team. He will do whatever he can to help out someone that needs it, since Clark once did the same to him, and Oliver who gave him a roof and a place to belong. He used to have negative feelings about himself, due to his experience with Luthorcorp, which basically revived him and turned him into a cybernetic guinea pig until he was rescued. Victor has gotten over what happened between him and his girlfriend, but he prefers to avoid the topic altogether if he can (and besides, there's more important stuff like.. trying to save the world from Lex/Tess and their minions). Now he has no shame or doubts about what he is now. Now, he uses what happened to him, his skills and enhancements that he got out of the incident, to fight crime and help the team out when required. Once a person gains his trust and loyalty, it is very difficult to break. He will not hesitate to stand up for them and for what he knows is right. Though he also tends to crack a few jokes now and then, usually when talking to Aquaman.. but it's all in good fun, just jesting among friends.

Brief History: Victor Stone lived in Metropolis, where he attended his high school and played football for the Sharks. It was then, during his last year of school, that he played against Clark Kent in Smallville. It was after this that tragedy struck. He had a family and a girlfriend and things seemed to be going well. But there was an accident which killed his parents and sister. But a group called SynTechnics, a subsidiary of Luthorcorp that was experimenting on test subjects, rebuilt Victor.. he was given implants and other such cybernetic enhancements in his body. But his doctor regretted it and allowed him to escape. After crashing into Lana.. or to be precise, her car.. he came across a man named Clark who helped him after being kidnapped again. If the hero had come a minute too late, Victor would have become a mindless drone loyal to Lex Luthor. Once they returned to the Kent farm, Vic was reunited with his girlfriend Katherine and things seemed like they'd get better from now on.

Unfortunately, that happiness didn't last past the following year. It turned out that having a boyfriend who was part machine was too much to fathom and deal with, so the relationship fell apart and they broke up. He went through a period of depression as a result, living each day on the streets, living without the will to continue on. Then he met Oliver, another hero, who gave him a bed to sleep on and food to eat, as well as a reason to fight for good again. Victor was recruited to the team of heroes and he took the codename Cyborg. Oliver's company had also upgraded him technologically, allowing him to hack into computer databases and security networks. He and the other team members had helped rescue Bart from a "33.1" lab and shut it down, then they left Metropolis and traveled over the world to take down all the other secret facilities Lex had set up (the man had, since then, began labeling them as terrorists).

In time, they had gained more allies, such as Dinah and Zatanna. When Clark had gone missing in the Arctic Circle, Victor and Bart had scoured the southern part of the globe, but found no clues to help in their search, and it turned out that Oliver had been the one to locate Clark in the end. They had disbanded after that and went their separate ways.. at least until a crisis arose that would require them to deal with as a team once more. A year later, when the fiasco with Doomsday and Davis took place, after the funeral of Jimmy Olsen (whose first name was actually revealed to be Henry), Victor had went his own way as the others did. It had been some time before they were brought back together again. He was called upon by Chloe (and working with the other team members) to participate in a plan to help Oliver get back into the hero business, by using his powers to alter the bank records. Once Oliver had recovered and the team began to come back together as a family once more... Victor went off to other places and work solo, at least until he got a call that they were needed for a group mission.

Hello? Anyone want to tell me how or why I got here? I figured kidnapping was a bit old by now. I'll just bet Lex did this.. again. If he were still alive. So maybe Tess borrowed a page from his playbook. Wouldn't surprise me in the least.

But maybe if it was something else. If I were taken the way they usually do it, I'd be bound, in a cage, or heavily sedated in a cell. Not out in the public streets right in the middle of Kansas. Or at least.. a part of Kansas I've never been to before. Don't see any records of Smallville on the statewide map database Oliver, Dinah? AC? Bart? Kent? Any one of you.. anyone, please tell me you aren't missing too. I can't be the only one stranded in no man's land here.
