China is amazing. Quite literally. Bill and I arrived yesterday afternoon and met with a translator. Visited the reservation north of Danshan this morning. It is a female, and she has been appropriately named 希望 (Xi Wang), which means "Hope" in Mandarin.
The food is fantastic. Bill and I are being hosted by a wizarding family in the heart of Danshan. Another visit to the reservation in the morning, and then we shall probably be back in the evening. Tonight, I think we may just explore the markets and enjoy more traditional foods.

We ought to start looking at places this week. I get the feeling we should settle on a place before we tell mum. Don't want to hurt her by moving out, but I think she will understand.

She's underweight and smaller than average (and Fireballs are usually smaller as a whole), but otherwise seems remarkably healthy. What do you think? Isn't she beautiful?
