Back in Cork after a relaxing week in Seattle. Hope no one missed me while I was gone! I've come bearing gifts! I may have gone a bit overboard, but I want you to know how much I love you.

For Lavender Brown, : Hand-blown glass ornament

For Cedric Diggory: Seattle Coffee and a hand-made handwarmer mug

For Seamus Finnigan: Huckleberry Popcorn, a handwarmer mug, and Blown Glass paperweight

For Sarah Fawcett: Copper and glass candle votive and about a dozen lavender scented votive candles.

For Trasa Flynn: Beeswax candle, and for Sib: A nightlight and a children's book!

For Aidan & Connor Lynch: A handwarmer mug (one for each of them) and Seattle Coffee (for Connor) and decaffeinated tea (for Aidan)

For Meaghan McCormack: A dozen or so catnip toys and A necklace

For Jessica Moran: A pair of blown-glass earrings, lavender candles, a set of glass coasters

For Brianna Mullet: a set of glass coasters, square candles, and a blown-glass necklace

For Barry Ryan: a handwarmer mug and a variety of coffee

For Caoimhe Ryan: a necklace and a fused-glass dish

For Dexter Vaisey: A Fused glass serving platter

For Percy Weasley: A handwarmer mug and Cinnamon Orange Green Tea

For Oliver Wood: A handwarmer mug and some hot chocolate

Private
I didn't go see her. I just couldn't. Aidan drove me all the way to Colorado and I just... I couldn't make myself go in.

I feel like such a failure. I'm an outsider to her life now. I wonder if she still thinks of me at all.

Thank you! It was a much needed week of relaxation.

I'm glad you're enjoying the tea. I figured the mug would look nice on your desk.

Oh Coffee! My favorite!

Thanks, mate! My morning is already so much better now.

You are absolutely fantastic. Have I said this before? Probably not, but it's true!

I love presents, and these ones were excellent. Thank you!

Is that somehow a bad thing?

Well, no, I suppose not. Might give some folks the wrong idea, though.

You're like my sister, Jessica. If anyone wanted to imply something more than that, it would be... weird.

You should come over and tell me about Seattle.

I've got a few recipes I want to try, so I will cook. Let's find a cheesy movie to play in the background while we pig out.

These are ace, mate - thanks so much!!

Listen, you have to come out to the farm this weekend or something...Mum's been asking after you like mad. I think she wants to feed you, and there will probably be lots of hugging involved.

Er, no. It's Mum. She loves, therefore she feeds. Especially when she hasn't seen someone in awhile.

Wow...I'd not even realized you'd gone, but I've been a little wrapped up lately. Glad you're back, mate!!

Understood, mate. It's still a bloody shame about the way the Cup shook out.

Just let me know when you might want to swing by, and I'll give Mum the head's up.

I'm not ashamed of it in every way. We can't win every year. It was an honor just to be asked to play a second time, and we played two very intense, evenly matched games. It's refreshing to play against the best in the world!

How about tomorrow?

[info]getyeririshup

Oh you shouldn't be ashamed - you all played brilliantly. I just always want Ireland to win...sometimes I go a bit overboard in my national pride. Your attitude towards it all is much more balanced, mate.

Sounds brilliant. I'll let her know - 6:30 okay?
