Drink up, me hearties! Next thing you know they'll be thinking we're too stupid to make our own choices with our life partners, too. OH WAIT THEY ALREADY TRIED THAT! I feel violated. Isn't this against the Constitution or something?

I'm going to get a Big Gulp before the ban starts tomorrow. WHO IS WITH ME!?

Funny thing is you can still go to the grocery store and get as many 2-liters you want.

Why all this hate on sugar lately? Srsly, if New Yorkers wanna be obese, that's their prerogative.

Exactly. And I got the impression that you never wanted to tell a New Yorker what to do.

If it wasn't for the X-Men, I'd move there permanently! This is egregious! Like when Hostess went bust.

I get bored seeing the same people all the time.

Lucky! Enjoy it while you can. The 16+ oz sizes will be extinct. We'll be able to tell our kid's kids that we were alive when you could still buy a 64oz Slurpee. And they will be amaaaaazed.

It's, you know, a giant drink from 7eleven! Personally I go for the Super Big Gulps. Need two hands to hold those ones!

Why is the 7 written numerically while the eleven is spelled out? This store sounds like a contradiction.

They can't take a crutch like this away from us without having an alternative that isn't illegal! Can you see it now, on our rap sheet? "2013, caught with a 20oz Coke cup, fined $200, failure to pay fine due to protesting, arrested for public disturbances, sentenced to prison for life, no bond."

It escalates quickly!

We should get all the big gulps, and then save the cups. We'll fill it up with other stuff and mess with people.

IS NOT! But ridiculous, yes. I mean, the only ones they're hurting are businesses who could be making bigger sales on bigger cups. The consumer is just going to buy what they want somewhere else. It'll hurt the economy! Great job, local government.

I give it two weeks before it gets repealed.

It is. This is not the way to control obesity. Instead they're just hurting businesses in an already struggling economy.
