She hesitated. On the one hand, she wasn't entirely sure she wanted Stefan or Damon around to witness everything that would happen. Especially given how she was likely to be passed around between the Originals.

But a second more selfish part of her wanted them there. If only so there were two sympathetic people in the household. Eyes slid shut and she nodded. It felt like she'd just made a deal with the devil, but she couldn't back out.
