"I don't know, either," Elena admitted. "It doesn't make any sense. I just hope Klaus didn't do this." She couldn't see why he would. He'd left Stefan there to guard Elena, after all. What use would he be if he didn't have his memory anymore.
"I hope something does." She hoped he'd turn back to the man she'd fallen in love with.
