Straightening after a moment, Elena licked the blood from her lips, wounds closing as the blood worked its way through her system. But there was still an air of awkwardness between her and Damon. Tension thick in the air.
"You know, this could be the perfect solution to everything," Katherine advised. "You with me, Elena with Damon... There's a certain poetic symmetry to it." She'd continue pushing boundaries while she and Elena were still linked.
Even so, she stepped away, moving toward the other two in the room. "Why not just...stop fighting it Damon. You did once, already tonight. Didn't it feel good?"
