Bonsoir à tous. My name is Anaïs Bolduc, and I am a 7th year student at Beauxbâtons.

I will be taking Ancient Runes, Charms, Muggle Studies, Potions and Transfiguration with you this year. These are also the subjects I study in France. I will be missing playing Quidditch very much also. I am hoping to attend team tryouts at the end of the year, although I have not decided in which country yet, because I am not sure where I want to move long-term - like many of our girls, I am not actually French, so I have some decisions to make there.

I am looking forward to finding out what sort of clubs and societies you have at Hogwarts, as well as other things you have to do here.

	Obviously I am biased, but I think it is wonderful. All the parts of the country are very different. It's nice. I have never been here, no. I'm interested to see how the British do things - that's one of the reasons I came, really. (Reply to this) (Parent)

	My mother is French, and my father is a Canadian government representative at the French Ministry of Magic, so we live in Paris. I could have gone to Canada for school, but Beauxbatons is just easier. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

Hello Anais my name is Barney and I am a 6th year Hufflepuff here at Hogwarts. How do you say your name? I miss playing Quidditch too I think a lot of us do. There are lots of clubs at Hogwarts there is flying club, that is a new one to replace Quidditch, and there is also Charms club and Drama club and Gobstones club and Fashion club and Choir and Art club and Chess club and Book club. I am in Flying and Charms club and I am helping with Drama club as well. I also like running. I hope you enjoy it here at Hogwarts.
