My successor as Captain of the Linottes wrote to me at the weekend. ~~I hate saying that. I really wish I could still lead things - I KNOW my strategies and so on helped us to win last year.~~ She was giving me progress reports and so on, which was a comforting read. We have had Chasers as Captains for a very long time, so I am glad to hear that she is keeping up our good record on that front. I am also now starting to narrow down my list of teams I would like to prioritise when I go to tryouts in the summer. ~~Although, I am nothing close to figuring out a backup plan... perhaps crossing that bridge when we come to it is best.~~ I kind of wish that they were over Easter, though, to get them settled as soon as possible... but never mind. I will just have to wait and see, won't I?

Speaking of the holidays, I have decided to stay at Hogwarts for the duration. I can go and hang around Paris any time.

	Quiberon Quafflepunchers, certainly. Getting a first team place would be much harder, of course, as historically they have always emphasised Chasing as a skill set, but that is sort of the point. I am also considering teams in Canada, and possibly here or in the US as neither would be too far from countries I am used to. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	It just means more freedom of where we are allowed to be... as the days get lighter, the curfew is a little restrictive, I feel. It also means we can socialise outside of the carriage. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
