Canon Point: One year after he’s left his ex, the God of Chaos, and is on the run after stealing a feather that holds immense power by those who are able to wield it.

Would you want your character to potentially foster a minor? Probably not, he’d try to avoid trying to take care of anyone. His main focus is just trying to manage and take care of himself first.
Weapons & Contraband Property: (They may be able to hide these via magical means, but be prepared for potential consequences if they are caught with it later! If there are any special items on their person, please give details about them!)
-- Special black coat that allows him to store personal belongings and items, and is able to take out whatever he needs by recall
-- Blue/Pink feather that allows him to do magic, create portals, change clothing with ease, and other tricks he has yet to discover in this Canon Point

Abilities or Powers:
**These abilities are only available when he has his feather, and is still very limited with the use of his powers in Canon Point. Other than that, he’s practically Human.**
-- Teleportation: Uses portals in order to travel through different worlds, realms, and dimensions. He can usually control where his destination will be, but there are instances when the feather will instead “glitch” and send him somewhere else.
-- Illusion: Mainly used for distraction purposes, including currency, can’t hold the illusion for too long.
-- Storage: Not really an ability, but his coat is enchanted for a specific wearer, which is Victor. The coat will appear normal to anyone who tries to use it.
-- Manifestation: Not used often, very hard to control and manifest what is needed. If done right, he can manifest small objects per his need.
What would they hide during the interview process? (Were they cooperative or aggressive during the interviews? What weapons and powers might they have hidden?)
Victor didn’t have a problem upon arrival to Eerie Harbor. However, that soon changed once he realized that he couldn’t leave the town he’s entered after numerous attempts of trying to portal his way out. It didn’t help once the facility had noticed his arrival and began to question him and his motives. Victor remained calm and seemingly cooperative during the interview while he threw in a few lies here and there in order to avoid intrusive questions. He mentioned some of his dangerous few “associates” that were trying to track him down, but not mentioning that it was because of the feather he stole from his demon ex. Meanwhile, he’d be looking for exit points in the facility since he started getting tired of the processing. He flirted a few times to try to make the processing go quicker, but it made no difference.
When asked about his contraband:
He allowed them to check his coat, stating it carried nothing of value. He was able to give up his knife to the authorities, reluctantly understanding the safety concerns. The salt pouch’s excuse was that he couldn’t be too careful with demonic entities. Lastly, with his feather, he lied that it was a family heirloom he couldn’t let go of and it was the perfect accent to go on his hat. Anyway, a feather should be harmless, right?
When Victor realized he could teleport within the town, he made his escape out of the facility.
Brief History:
Before arriving to Eerie Harbor, Victor was in the middle of running away from a group of circus pirates that worked for Vin Lial, the God of Chaos, but more familiarly, his ex. He had stolen the feather a year before and has been on the run since. He may also have cheated on one of the crew members before which made things a little more personal, but to Victor it was just history. Still getting used to portal jumping, he hadn’t realized the next portal he jumped into wasn’t his own, and landed here in Eerie Harbor. All he knew then was that he’s at least escaped his latest consequence yet.

Examples: "Victor, come with me." Vin continued calmly, ignoring the apology and waved the nicely dressed figure inside. Victor stood in place staring back at Vin, looking at him up and down. A moment passed as he let out a scoff and shook his head blatantly."Ah yes, of course, your grace." Victor says sarcastically with a smile and began to walk inside. He winked at the guard mockingly who could only glare back just before crossing the entrance and Vin closed the doors once again.
"Ooh Vinnie, you cease to surprise me. Are you happy to see the man of the hour once again in your lovely abode? Missed me so soon, have you?" Victor chuckled bitterly. He was walking around the room now, observing the paintings splayed across the walls. His footing was still unfocused. Vin paid no attention to his comment. Instead, he added his own question,"Where did you run off to?" It was a stupid question so he wasn't surprised when Victor sighed in what sounded like a mix of irritation and defeat."Not obvious enough for you, is it? In that case, I went off on a stroll. Met a couple of fellows, got on a boat and sailed away from all these bollocks!" He replied back.
Vin remained silent. He was still at the door entrance while Victor was many feet away from him. However, that wasn't a problem. Victor could already feel Vin's presence behind him a moment later. He'd grown used to that tactic by now. It was a nuisance. He could run as fast as he can, but he knew that that antler-horned devil would always be right behind him. It was nothing new. Sure, in the beginning, it was weird and creepy to have a freaking demon teleport to his side. But in later years, it has made its way to become a comfort. He came to trust the demon, open up to him, become infatuated about him.
