I want to get Mum and Dad out of the country before this tracking charm thing gets placed on them. Vote yes or no, and let me know if you're willing to help me convince them to leave the Burrow for a while. I can get a portkey from the colony before the week's out, otherwise I'm not sure I'll have much of a chance.

I'm not going to let this government turn me into a sitting duck with some sort of tracking charm, so I'm trying to organize portkeys out of the country, probably to Romania, and hopefully I'll have something before the week's out. Write and let me know if you're interested, I'll see what I can coordinate. No promises, though.

I don't know fancy charmwork or spells that would let me know about tattlers or traitors, so if the Ministry gets wind of this, rest assured that I'll have your bollocks or your tits for a trophy.

As I am already out of the country, I couldn't agree with you more. It is a blatant abuse of power and a breech of personal privacy - this certainly will go with the rest of my presentation to foreign Ministries. I'm meeting again with the French, but then heading for Germany.

I do plan on returning to England, but when I do, it will not be publicly advertised.

If you could do me a favor, Charlie or whoever else is reading this? I'm afraid that the Ministry will raid my apartment while I'm gone and I have some precious belongings that I don't want seized or violated. Could you go to my apartment and store them away for me?

	I'm glad that he's safe in France, but excuse me if I'm not happy about him poncing around while Mum and Dad are still in harm's way. I think we should get them out before these charms start being placed on people, whenever that is. So, the sooner the better. I don't know... Maybe four or five to start out with? At least. I don't think that was the point, if it makes it any better. We left before that whole tracking shit came up and I'm sure Perc wouldn't have any issues helping out your Mum and Dad; hell I will if you want. Molly and Arthur were a godsend during the last war and I have no problems returning the favor.

Four or five, easy. I've got three with me, I can get those to you and go from there. I might be able to purchase some from a French maker and send those, they definitely won't be tracked either.
