Question!

Does anyone know of a Firefox extension that saves all your extensions, passwords, etc, either into a file, or somewhere online? I could have sworn I found somthing like that a year or so ago, but right now I can't even think of what search terms to use.

I'd just really like to make getting a new work computer as painless as possible.

Tissa linked Stickies and I'm already in love. For the longest time, I haven't been using any type of paper to take notes, and my memory just isn't up to storing all this short-term info I've got to retain for an hour, a day or a week. I've tried Google Notebook, but opening a web site is just too work-intensive for something as simple as writing down a phone number. This application is just perfect.

I'm making to do lists all the time, saving often-used text (not the ones I use online, though, I've got Clippings for that), and I think I'm even going to start making post-its for birthdays, since there's a "sleep" function that means you can have a post-it appear yearly, or monthly, or weekly. There are also alarms and all kinds of other fun stuff.

Here's a chicken-or-egg conundrum for you: Am I feeling lacklustre about TV right now because I don't have time to focus on it because work is sucking up all my time, or is TV actually lacklustre and thus leading to me getting even more caught up in work than I otherwise would? Who knows, but I can't say anything's wowing me right now.

The Amazing Race
You cannot imagine my absolute GLEE when the divorcees were booted. They were like those high school girls everyone hated because they were petty and mean-spirted and who didn't realize that their horrible personalities made them much less cute than they thought they were.

Though I have to say, the editing is so predictable and they need to stop with the Schadenfreude interviews/statements early on in the episode. At this point, you know that anytime anyone gets the least bit cocky, they're going to end up near the bottom, if not last.

Oh, and I cannot believe how anyone who's a vegetarian is so stupid as to go for an eating fast forward. Man, those guys deserved to go down in flames.

Life
I'm still very turned off by the whole Reese/Tidwell thing, so much so that it's affecting my enjoyment of the show, and I can feel my attention drifting anytime they're together on-screen. I snap right back, though, when Crews shows up. And not always in a good way, because what they've been doing with his make-up for the last couple of episodes is not right. I mean look:

Why are they using mascara on him? He's a redhead, for crying out loud, his eyelashes are all but transparent! And the mascara is amateurishly applied, too. It's just horrible in every way, and I hope they stop it soon. Or at least learn to do it in a way that doesn't make him look like a drag queen.

Also, I am an episode and a half away from finishing my complete rewatch of The West Wing, and I have thoughts.

I know a lot of people were upset with the writers for what happened to Toby, but as I watch, I find myself upset with Bartlet. I really dislike that Bartlet put Toby in the position of feeling like he had to leak the story, when Bartlet knew very well what the right thing to do was. It wasn't just the moral thing to do, it was the right call politically to just send the shuttle up to get them. I've never been a big Bartlet fan, but in season 7 I really do dislike him. The way he fires Toby? Makes me want to smack him. Even more than when he fires Leo, and let me tell you, there is some HATE going on in that scene.

Also, is there anyone else who is pretty much just bored by CJ in the last couple of seasons? She's just so joyless after she takes on the Chief of Staff position. You'd think her getting promoted to CoS should make her more interesting as a character, but it so doesn't. Well, in my opinion, I'm sure others disagree.
