Soon after the princess was born the gem pulled Mary back and Francis was on his own with two infant children. There were several that helped care for the children including the cousin of the princess, Mary Tudor. Madge was raised in luxury and wanted for nothing. Francis did his best to make sure that she knew she could have what she wanted but wanting for everything was not good. She grew up fairly grounded and selfless.
