Handsome, confident, absolutely charming, all of these and their synonyms apply to Lucifer Morningstar. Even, or perhaps especially, when the quality takes on a darker edge. Tall, always well dressed and spoken, he is handsome and knows it. He made himself appear this way, after all. His confidence sometimes doesn’t even border on arrogant. It gleefully trips right into it. The charm he possesses he uses to draw out the secret desires of humans who want something from him, or he wants to use, or just to get laid.

He delights in vice and the indulgence thereof both personally and inspiring others to do so. Even though he’s immortal, he seems to believe in living every moment of life as if it were your last. Another thing he enjoys is punishment, specifically the dishing out part of it. It was his job in Hell, after all, and even though he has retired he doesn’t pass up the opportunity to dole out some just desserts when it lands at his feet. Typically, he prefers to manipulate the transgressor into punishing themselves, strictly for his own amusement.

Lucifer isn’t without any redeeming qualities. When he grows attached to someone he truly is loyal. Sometimes that loyalty goes to what humans would consider extremes, but he does do the things he does from the heart. Even though he still makes Faustian deals with mortals there are those that he grows attached to, and would genuinely like to help. He does usually find something that will benefit him through his “altruistic” gestures.

As hard as it may be to believe, Lucifer is not without his weaknesses and buttons. Other angels can go toe to toe with him. Deities can be more powerful than him. He does have his sensitive spots. Anything to do with “dear old Dad” and his being cast out of Heaven to rule Hell can push him directly into a bad mood. He is very pissed at God. True believers, honest faithful annoy him. He bears scars on his back from where his wings were cut off. He does NOT like them being touched, or attention drawn to them at all. To make his retirement official they had to be removed, and the loss of them is the one thing he doesn’t like. Recently, his wings were stolen. After getting them back he burned them to keep from being forced back to his position in Hell.

Lucifer is a very powerful being. That said, he is dedicated to his retirement and has no desire to flex his muscles. His abilities are also stunted to a degree for having his wings cut off. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WILL BE DONE TO A PC WITHOUT OOC CONSENT! That said, his abilities are:
• Supernatural Strength
• Supernatural Endurance
• Supernatural Metabolism
• Supernatural Reflexes/Dexterity
• Truthiness: He inspires people to lower their inhibitions, and to reveal their deepest, darkest secrets. What they REALLY want.
• Temptation Personified: Not quite as bad as Thomas Raith, but damn near. Some individuals are immune.
• Outside of Time: When interacting with other angels, they can step outside of mortal time movement.
• Telekinesis
• Chameleon: To wit, he makes himself look human.
• Immortal
• Insight: He can know anything he wants about a person if he focuses on them…mostly the past, sins committed, etc. (Limited to face to face interactions.)
• Linguist: Knows ALL human languages, dead or current.
• Hand to Hand Combat: He fought in an angelic war, after all. He lost, but y’know. His fighting style is reflective of Kung Fu/Judo in that he uses his opponent’s actions against them.
• Escape: Houdini had nothing on him.
WEAKNESSES:
• Demonic blades forged in Hell: This can cross fandoms. (I.E. Supernatural)
• Other angels
• Gods: So Thor would be able to go toe to toe with him…and probably beat the snot out of him.

Lucifer is known in multiple dimensions so it is safe to say he is puncturable.
