I love you, you're perfect -- now change.

First things first: Happy New Year, guys and dolls. 2010 is beginning to look like a very promising year. I'm really hoping spring will come early so we can get the dive season started sooner rather than later .. we'll see, I guess.

Second of all, New Year's resolutions. I'm actually pretty terrible at keeping these. Or, well. I have been, in the past. And I was trying to figure out why that is the other day. And really? I think it comes down to the fact that every time I make one, it's making one to change something. Either something about me, as a person, or just change something in general.

So this year, I resolve not to change. I don't mean that in a bad way, or a confining way. But, I resolve to stay true to myself. I resolve to be the same woman I've always been, for better or worse. Because, let's face it. That's when I'm happiest.

Anyone else got any fun New Year's resolutions?
