I'm looking for a writing partner to write a female character (somewhere in her late 20s) in a journal based, writing focused psl.
Here's the premise:
A very small number of humans are born with a DNA strand that allows their bodies to adapt to the norms of different realities. Most of these humans are oblivious to this fact until they are called (often against their will) to duty by an inter-dimensional agency. They are tasked with safeguarding the realities from world-threatening situations. This premise allows for periodic shifts in genre. One arc can be superhero themed, then fantasy themed, supernatural themed, whatever feels interesting. All the while, the core characters grow and develop.
Here's my character:
Rhydian's never amounted to much of anything. A Rhode Island native, he dropped out of college after a year and has since spent the better part of a decade working an unfulfilling retail job that keeps his head above water and makes sure he can still indulge in his interests (video games, comics, etc). On paper, he's not agent material. He doesn't think he's agent material, either.
I'd like the female character to be an experienced agent who ends up being partnered with the newbie. She can be supportive and uplifting, or she can be harsh and critical. Maybe a bit of both. In time, they would become romantically entangled. And if she looked like a k-pop idol? That would be great! Not required, but great!
If this sounds appealing, please comment here or at the journal.
