I appreciate your enthusiasm, Mike, but Headmaster Stark is not asking you to take up arms and join the front line. Right now no one is getting in our out of our campus. Dr. Strange has made sure of that with his protection spells. But that doesn't mean we can't be helpful in other ways... As captain of this team, I'm going to need you to keep a cool head—all of you.

I want a headcount. Are we all here at the school or are any of our members at the Xavier school. Communications on the island of Manhattan are down right now, so we're going to schedule check in. once in the morning and once in the evening, for now. I want to make sure we're all together.

My first priority is protecting the school. Mike. Teddy. I'm depending on you guys to step up pick up the slack where I leave off, when I get called away. I will be organizing patrols into the city, once we have a better idea the scope of the situation.

I'm not going to lie to you guys, its dire, right now. But we'll get through this, as we have in the past. We will over come these odds and come out the better for it. But I need you all right now to stick together and work together as a group.
