Canned chicken, cream cheese, Franks hot sauce, jalapenos, cheddar cheese. YOU MIX IT ALL UP AND THEN YOU BAKE IT AT 350 FOR 20 MINUTES AND THEN YOUEAT IT ONCE IT IT IS OUT OF THE OVEN.
Low carb too, but I doubt you have to worry about what you eat. I morphed into you once and don't think I did the abs justice.
