I think bonding might be in order. Get to know one another a little better. We all function separately in our own ways, but we need to still gel as a team. Pizza first, perhaps followed by a discussion of our strengths and weaknesses and where we can improve?
Maybe we challenge them to a game of trivia. It'll depend, though, on whether Stark has decided he's with the Avengers or not that week.
