It was a color that sent Remus into chills whenever he saw it - yellow as the sun, yellow as a hawk's eyes, yellow as those glowing orbs that night he had been bitten. Even years later, with his spine arched and Fenrir's nails scouring bloody lines down his chest, his own lids squeezed tight, he could see the sunshine bright color of Fenrir's gaze as clearly as he felt the scalding sweat of his sire along his back.
