	Although not healthy, I think that is always one of the best ways to deal with sad things. Although it's also good as a treat for accomplishing something or even as just wanting something delicious! When I get terribly upset I sneak of tub of frosting, sit in my closet, and eat it. It might sound awfully silly, but I find it terribly soothing.

We should put up a Back in five minutes. sign up at work one afternoon and try it in the backroom. Sit in the supply closet. Eat some frosting.

I'm so sorry so many people have left, darling, but you still have me for what that's worth and I love you very much. I consider it an honor and a blessing to get to know you here and now, as we both are.
