Physical Description:
Because of her species, Alessandra's appearance is very deliberate - ethereal and ageless, designed to appeal to and attract men, women, and creatures from all walks of life. Her coloring is all chocolate, caramel, and creme, with rich ebony hair, pale, porcelain skin and luminous, honey-colored eyes. Alessandra is tall for a woman, standing at 5'7", though not obscenely so. Her figure is toned but lush, boasting full hips, a rounded rear, and high, full breasts. She has a plush mouth that rarely smiles, though not because she is morose or anything of that nature. She just - doesn't.
She dresses consistently to be appear sexy yet classy - wearing designer clothes cut to emphasize the shape of her body. She does not own a single pair of jeans or even pants, nor does she own a pair of tennis shoes. Instead she favors vintage, old-Hollywood fashions - dresses with pencil skirts and sweetheart necklines, corsets, and high high heels. Her jewelry is minimal but obviously expensive, and her make up tends toward smokey eyes and pink glossy lips.
She does not have a stereotypical 'demon' form, nor are there any characteristics, even under duress, that may indicate that she is anything other than a very pretty, very human woman. She is the truest form of a wolf in sheep's clothing, a timeless, dangerous creature in a position of power hiding behind a facade of hapless pretty.
Personality:
Alessandra, in public, is seen as a business woman through and through. She is seen by her peers as professional, able to think on her feet, organize and plan far in advance. In all actuality, she is capable of being that way, especially when it serves her, though for more minor circumstances she's kept mostly in line by Cassius - her lover, guard, advisor, and confidant. Since entering the human realm of politics, she is used to going toe to toe with men that expect to use her gender against her, and takes great pride in leaving them eating her dust. Alessandra is, by necessity, quite ruthless and is not above using anything in her arsenal - her looks, sex, power, connections, money, or powers - to get ahead.
Her private life is vastly private, and that is because it's greatly hedonistic in nature. She thrives on sexual energy and decadence, reveling in her time spent in her private club Voyeur where she can feed off of the sexual energy of others without having to enslave and dream walk, as she used to. Most of those that know Alessandra Rossi the politician are not aware of Alessandra the woman, or Alessandra the demoness. She keeps the things that are most important to her private to the public - her true nature, her ownership of Voyeur, and her affection for Cassius Aukai.

History:
Created solely for the purpose of enslaving the souls of men and women through sex, Alessandra does not have a childhood to speak of, nor family or anything else that involves anything more than what she is now. She does not know when she was created, and her earliest memories are of dream walking, sex, and enslavement, all doled out by her. She was a machine, a net that caught corruptible souls and slowly bled them dry before sending them back to her father with nothing more to worry about than sating her own hunger and seeing her own pleasures fulfilled. Unlike the more powerful kings and princes of Hell, Alessandra had no followers or worshippers, save for whomever she happened to have under her spell at the time.
Like most demons, she took extra pleasure in making the strong fall - men and women in power or with strong religious convictions were always her favorite - and it was there that Alessandra discovered her love for power and politics. She honed her skills over a millennium of enslaving men and women in power and not just manipulating them sexually, but tweaking and influencing their political decisions before finishing them off. When the supernatural revolution came about in the twentieth century, Alessandra saw ample space to make her move toward her own power, and she did.
With a few careful possessions of men in positions of power, assistance from her father, and an elaborately faux resume, Alessandra was able to garner a political human backing, seen by humans the world over as the nice girl that was going to keep all those big, scary wereanimals and vampires in line. She wasn't really elected governor of Cambion, but she was handed the position after the powers that be in the Supernatural Welfare League decided that a supernatural creature with just enough power (but not too much) and a human facade would be the best candidate for controlling a city such as Cambion. Since Alessandra was already dabbling in politics and made it quite clear that she'd gladly take on the job, she eventually got the position.
It was in her first days there before taking office that she met Cassius Aukai, and their chemistry and attraction was instantaneous. A former Shark God, Cassius was the embodiment of everything Alessandra had ever found attractive, and as he stood by, offering her advice and serving publicly as her guard as she came into power, Alessandra came the closest to love that she's ever been. They are still together, and Cassius is the big, benevolent, and calm ying to her decadent, more hedonistic yang. She loves him as much as a creature like herself can love anyone, but their relationship does not fall within human guidelines. She has made small sacrifices in order to make her life with him easier and a bit more normal, opening the club Voyeur for the purpose of feeding on sexual energy as opposed to dedicating her time to enslaving and draining other men. She is still very much a creature of inherent sexuality and drive, but luckily Cassius matches her in all aspects.
Personal Weaknesses:
Cassius: Seen in public only as her personal guard, Cassius is the closest thing to the human concept of love that Alessandra has ever known, and he is her advisor and often the decision maker when it comes to the more tedious aspects of her being governor. She bathes him in affection and puts his happiness almost above her own. He is her achilles heel, the only person she cares about outside of herself, and If one were to seek out a way to manipulate Alessandra, Cassius would be it.
Hedonism: Alessandra is vastly attracted to power of all forms - especially in others that wield it and she absolutely craves it for herself. She loves the rush, the basking in the flow of energy and decadence that she now has access to, but she does not particularly care for the fine print or the more tedious details of her job. She is fully capable of doing it, she just prefers not to. Hence, her dependance on Cassius.
Ruthlessness: Alessandra is a woman who has had some form of power and control her entire existence, and she does not hesitate to use any means at her disposal to get what she wants. She thrives on being the alpha, on being in control, and has little regard for anyone's feelings or situation as long as it does not affect her directly. She only holds one person close, so as long as she is not stepping on him on her way to wherever she decides to go, she does not worry about anything else.
Personal Strengths:
Clever: Alessandra is a master strategist (when she bothers to put her mind to it) and is exceptionally good at projecting her own desires onto someone to make it seem like the end result Alessandra was looking for was their own idea.
Perceptive: Alessandra, like any good politician, is able to easily read what people want and what they want to hear in all aspects of her life - be it getting votes, or coaxing someone's personal preferences from them in Voyeur.
Respectful: Alessandra loves power, but she's hyperaware of her place on the food chain and gives respect where it is due. She is not entitled, and she does not hesitate to bow before power greater than her own.
Likes: Cassius, red merlot, expensive perfume, manipulating energy, creating dreams, Chanel, victory, heels, passion, sex, long kisses, corsets, preist fetishes, Voyeur.
