She's spent the centuries going between Avalon, various bodies of water and the mortal world rarely. Madison Valley has caught her curiosity...especially since learning that her ex is there.

Being as connected to nature as she is, Nimue tends to be calm, patient and caring. She is used to connecting with nature and its creatures. Humans are included in that, but they are more mercurial, more unpredictable. And yet, she loves humanity for just that reason. Whenever someone complains about someone else she gives them a very confused look since change is part of human nature.


The flip side of this is the fact that Nimue is closely connected to the element of Water. Her emotions drive her. She can go from giddy to blind rage in an eye blink. Fortunately, it does take a lot to flip her emotional switch.


Just being around Nimue makes you realize that she is otherworldly. There’s something strange about being near her, like standing next to a deer. She’s beautiful. Untamed. Natural. But you don’t know what she will do. However, there is a feeling of calm and a state of peace being in her presence. And yet, when in one of her moods, one can be excused for feeling as if they are in the middle of a storm for being too close.


As a friend or lover she is very loyal, attentive and dedicated. She gives selflessly, doing all that she can to ensure the other’s happiness. There is a fierce protectiveness involved in her friendship. One messes with those she cares about at their own risk. And in that vein, betray her trust, take her for granted or otherwise hurt her, and…well…Merlin could tell you how she goes about breaking up with you.

She is a sorceress with a talent in spells, charms and incantations. However, her abilities are more related to Water, emotions and divination. She can see into the future. How far depends on the person, the situation and how much focus she puts into it. It isn’t something she likes to do, preferring to let things unfold as they will. Since emotions are so closely related to Water she can influence what others are feeling to a degree. She has to be close, and the effect wears off with distance. She can’t make someone feel something for no reason, just push a little or enhance what is already there.

Sure, she’d be confused but go for it.
