Friends

I don't know who all was friends and family with Dean Winchester, or who knew him, but his messages are bouncing back. Which normally means that he's no longer in Madison. We were only starting to get to know one another.

For anyone who knew her, Chloe got sent home.

I just hit send on my thesis, and other than my defense next Friday and the test at the end of the month for my license, I'm all done. It feels great to have that all done.

Seriously, though, I've appreciated your support and help during all of this, or even just making me take a break when it was needed. Now to survive the defense aspect without throwing up.

It's May! It's May!

My birthday is in 2 days! I'm going to make a bunch of yummy sweets at Horsts and everyone better show up for some sweets. The bakery closes at 2pm, so festivities will begin at 2:30pm! Just gotta load up the canon and everything will be good to go!

I am officially calling this the Pink Pony Club! 16+ with lots of music, dancing, yummy treats and mocktails! If it's a success, then hey! Maybe I'll hold it once a month.

I wish I could tell you that DJ Pon-3 would make it, but I don't think she will be able to make it. She never misses one of my parties, but I don't think Madison Valley will bring her.

Is it just me, or are the months getting longer? I think I might need a vacation. I forgot how exhausting it is having a teething baby.

Definitely just had one of those shifts where I was making a distinct wtf face at my headset every ten minutes. I've gotten my share of unusual dispatch calls over the years, but people were in rare form tonight.

It was like being back home, except even crazier.

Well, I managed to buy myself a new sketchbook today. Now I can start drawing some more stuff again. Might alternate between using normal pencils and the colored type too.

Even after just about five months, it still feels weird sleeping alone in the house.

By which I mean it's going to be one of those nights where I don't fall asleep until like 4am.

My dog manages to somehow be scarily brilliant and dumb as a box of rocks at the same time.

Today's example? He has been carrying a stick around all day. He's not trying to eat it, he's not playing with it, he's just... got an emotional support stick or something.

I love this dog, but he makes no sense.
