Alright. I did the stupid musical chairs meme thing. And .. well, I don't have any further commentary.
How am I feeling today? : "Good Vibrations" by the Beach Boys Close my eyes, she's somehow closer now... I'm pickin' up good vibrations. She's givin' me excitations. This would be more accurate if a certain someone was nearby. Just sayin'.
Will I get far in life? : "I'm Gonna Be (500 Miles)" by the Proclaimers But I would walk 500 miles and I would walk 500 more just to be the man who walks a thousand miles to fall down at your door. Apparently, I'm gonna do a lot of walking. That's pretty far to go in life. Yup.
How do my friends see me? : "Thong Song" by the Glee Cast This thing right here is lettin' all the ladies know what guys talk about. You know, the finger things in life. I blame Mandie's Glee karaoke for this. And unfortunately, having the nickname 'Penn the Perv' assures me that my friends really do see me like this.
Where will I get married? : "Come On Get Higher" by Matt Nathanson If I could walk on water. I'm going to get married either on a boat, a dock, the pier, or a pool. Yup.
What is my best friend's theme song? : "You're Gonna Love Me" by Little Big Town Yeah, when you're heart is sober. Yeah, when the pieces all fall into place. Yeah, when the light comes on and it's far too late. You're gonna love me, baby. None of the lines in this song really fit my best friend. So, how about we just ignore this one?
What is the story of my life? : "Bad Moon Rising" by Creedence Clearwater Revival I hear hurricanes ablowing. I know the end is coming soon. I fear rivers over flowing. I hear the voice of rage and ruin. Endless fuck ups. Yeah. That about sums it up.
What was high school like? : "Move It On Over" by George Thorogood Yeah, listen to me dog before you start to whine. That side yours and this side mine. My high school was pretty sectioned, lots of cliques. Everybody had their own group of friends, their own specific lunch table/area, their own portion of the parking lot. So, I guess this sort of fits.
What is the best thing about me? : "Hey, Soul Sister" by Train Just in time, I'm so glad you have a one track mind like me. Obviously, my X-Rated fetish is the best thing about me.
What was today like? : "Early in the Morning" by Van Morrison and BB King Had a lot of money when I first started out. I couldn't find my baby, now my money's run out. Today was boring and now I'm broke. Yup.
What is in store for this weekend? : "Happy Together" by the Turtles If I should call you up, invest a dime. And you'd say you belong to me and ease my mind. Sometimes phonecalls are worth the expense and effort.
What song describes my parents? : "Crazy Love" by Van Morrison I can hear her heart beat for a thousand miles and the heavens open every time she smiles. My parents have always had the kind of relationship you only hear about or see in movies. For as long as I can remember, they've always been very flirty and happy and .. they have what I can only hope to ever have.
How is my life going? : "Kansas City" by Albert King Kansas City, here I come. They got some crazy little women there and I'm gonna get me one. Well, I guess my life would be going just great if I was crazy enough to go to Kansas.
What song will they play at my funeral? : "Saturday in the Park" by Chicago People reaching, people touching, a real celebration. Please .. don't play this at my funeral.
How does the world see me? : "When the Fire Hits the Sea" by Joe Bonamassa I'm no penny pusher, I still have my pride. I like the lyrics of this song, I always have. But .. they don't really describe me.
Do people secretly lust after me? : "Pride and Joy" by Stevie Ray Vaughan & Double Trouble She's my sweet little baby and I'm her little lover boy. This isn't really a lusting kind of song.
How can I make myself happy? : "Feels Like Rain" by Buddy Guy So batten down the hatch, baby. And leave your heart up your sleeve. It looks like we're in for stormy weather, that ain't no cause for us to leave. Just lie here in my arms, let it wash away the pain. And it feels like rain. This song reminds me of someone who .. makes me pretty happy.
What should I do with my life? : "Lookin' Out My Back Door" by Creedence Clearwater Revival Imagination sets in. Pretty soon I'm singin'. Doo, doo, doo, lookin' out my back door. Uhh. I guess I should use my imagination more?
Will I ever have children? : "Ruby Tuesday" by the Rolling Stones Don't question why she needs to be so free. She'll tell you it's the only way to be. She just can't be chained to a life where nothing's gained and nothing's lost at such a cost. I'm pretty sure that's a giant no to that one.
What will you name them? : "Sitting, Waiting, Wishing" by Jack Johnson I keep playing your part but it's not my scene. Want this plot to twist, I've had enough mystery. You keep building it up but then you're shooting me down. But I'm already down. I assume that with the huge negative response to the 'will I ever have children' question, that trying to pull a name out of the thin air of this song is just pointless.
Who will you marry? : "Miss Murder" by AFI I would gladly bet my life upon it. That the ghost you love, your ray of light, will fizzle out without hope. These responses are getting pretty damn depressing.
Do you have a significant other? : "Not Just A Woman" by Rob Thomas She'll never say what you should already know by now. Sometimes you'll swear she can read your mind. Sometimes she'll seem as if she's broken down. Yeah but everything that's perfect took a little workin' out. She's complicated with an easy smile .. yeah. This one ... definitely works.
How will you die? : "Let It Be" by Carol Woods and Timothy T. Mitchum And in my hour of darkness, she is standing right in front of me. Speaking words of wisdom, let it be. Alone and comfortable? Alright.
