Previous Entry  Add to memories!  Tell a Friend!  Next Entry
With school being out for the summer, I feel as though I ought to be doing something more productive with my days than catching up on reading and lesson plans.

Speaking of September, it can't come fast enough. Its rather maddening to miss marking essays and homework. With another ten weeks of school left, I'm going to volunteer for the Charms Summer school. I saw their brochure today whilst I was in Flourish and Blotts and it looks very interesting.

I bought another cook book this afternoon. It appears I have a new weakness - I'm not sure if its a good thing or a bad thing that I'm using everything I learned in potions to produce apricot and sage stuffed chicken.

Still. It smells amazing.

So. I need some ideas on how to entertain two under fours for three nights, four days.

And its down to you lot to help me.

Are you becoming a good little house wife? You should come sniff here because it doesn't smell so good.

1) I am not a housewife
2) I am career oriented.
3) I am not a wife, nor a house.

1) Not yet.
2) You can be a wife then.
3) That can be fixed. Not being a house though. That's a no go.

2) And make an honest man of Orsino?
3) I'd make a good house. A nice two bed semi.

Leigh! Please, you have to help. Its Orsinos nephew and niece and them coming to the house for the first time. I'm panicking - short of feeding them ice cream all day I don't know how to deal with children without a lectern in front of me.

I don't even know why I'm freaking out over it this much, I just am.

Really? Can I come over for lunch? I can see Merton being a good cook actually. I'm envious of people who can throw things into a pot and have it turn out perfectly ; I measure and organise by ingredients before starting anything.

Don't say that! Dinner party is an entirely too grown up word. I was thinking about just flooing them some food?
