So when I was really young the Discovery Channel didn't have reality shows on it and the History Channel didn't talk about UFO's creating the pyramids. Imagine that.

A day wasted.

I'm far too young to be a "When I was a kid..." type grouch. That's Madison's job.

This entry, however, is not directed at Animal Planet because I just watched a documentary that proves penguins are the cutest of all the animals.

	UFO...this means alien, yes? They created the pyramids? This seems contradictory to much of my education on the matter. I have searched for images of penguins on the Google before. They are indeed most cute! (Reply to this) (Thread)

	There's a crackpot theory that they must have because they can't imagine the ancient Egyptians have the technology to do so themselves. That's only the beginning! They are adorable with every facet of their lives. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	That is pure absurdity. Perhaps the Egyptians would never be as powerful or organized as the Romans, but they were not without their own ingenuity. Truly? If penguins are as wonderful as you suggest, I must examine the YouTubes. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

DO IT. Amara, so like when it's breeding time the boy penguin sings this little penguin song, and the girl penguin picks who she wants and they do their business. Anyway, the girl penguin lays the egg and it's such an exhausting energy depleting process that the boy penguin is the one that sits on it for weeks. And it's really friggin cold there, so all the boy penguins huddle up super close and all sit on their eggs for warmth while the girl penguins go eat, get their energy restored, and get fish to take back to the dad's and baby.

So the girl penguins come back after the hatching and the boy penguin sings again and the mom's find them and feed them.

THEN, all the little baby penguins whose moms didn't survive the trek for food get fought over by the mom penguins who's little hatchlings didn't survive, and they adopt them for life.

It is very precious. They are the coolest animal ever.
