Here offering and seeking both sides of Hap/OA(/Prairie/Nina) for PSL writing. I've been writing Hap for a few months elsewhere and I'd love to give OA a shot too. Any canon point, including Part 3 (just not using the actual actors' names, too close to RPF which isn't an interest of mine). Heads up that I'm more interested in the messed up aspects of the ship and not genuine happy endings or a redemption for Hap (unless it involves an AU version of him, like a Homer&Hap alignment swap). Looking for a long term non sol slash writer who enjoys world building who would play a bodyguard (no age gap, characters would be within 3-5 years apart) for my son of a dictator (late 20s to mid 30s) who he is in love with. His father took power by a violent coup and rules the fictional country with a bloody fist more than a decade ago. His guard and him have grown up together since assigned and are more than just guard and charge; there is true romance and hurt comfort with they shelter each other from. But there is of course the dictator father who views love as a weakness, and no one not even his son can be weak, and the country who wants the family dead.
I’d love to explore not only their romance but also the drama of the son deciding if he’s going to follow in his father’s footsteps or become a revolutionary. Happy for it to go either way. Violence and dark themes would mostly be off screen, unless we rp out an attempted assassination attempt and the guard has to kick into gear. I’d like to focus more on the romance, these two characters and their growth together but have fun engaging world building to hopefully make this last.
Can extrapolate more for interested parties and would love to hear your ideas too.
