oohh, that will be so cool! we can develop an actual HISTORY. Well, she's OLD as fuck (duh), very sort of staid, but with a wicked, and very pleasing sense of humor for those who know how to bring it out (or whom she chooses to let see). She has a soft spot for lost puppies (ie, baby vamps), and a vicious bite when crossed... especially protective of her adoptees. Even moreso of her progeny (whoever, or wherever they may be).

This is the sense I get about her from Janos' eyes. So glad you asked because I'd never actually thought about her with any depth at all before. Making characters is way too much fun!
