She's got a winning personality, too. She's huddled in a bedroom right now getting her bearings, we'll see how she gets along when she's calmer.

And yeah, I know animals as presents are usually a bad idea, but we talked through getting a pet a while back and decided a cat was the better choice for us. I drove past an adoption event earlier, and yeah-- even my spontaneity is getting responsible, which feels very... 'adult'. How scary.
