Brief History: Natsusa thought he had his life planned out. Well, he had the next few years planned. He was going to play rugby through college with his friends. It was the one thing he loved more than himself. He never expected an innocent trip on the back of his friend's bike would send him spiraling to the ground in more than one way. He'd woke up in the hospital, a brace around his neck, a series of tests still ahead of him and what was slowly revealed to be months of physical therapy. He started out well enough, but as days turned into weeks, and weeks turned into months, his spirit began to drop. His PT was beginning to wonder if he was depressed, he wasn't. Not really. He was in mourning. He was never going to be normal again. He was being held back a year because he couldn't do his school work.

The day after he learned from his doctor of the day that he'd never play rugby ever again for sure, a fear confirmed since he had first woke and couldn't move, he received his invitation. It sounded too good to be true, it also seemed impossible, but after he agreed to go as soon as he could, he woke in a completely different hospital. As terrifying as that had been, the staff were patient with him and in record time, he was healed up enough to be enrolled in the local college and sent off into the new world. His injuries were still haunting him, but he was told he had the option to seek further, magical, treatment. He wasn't sure what to make of that, but perhaps later, or never. It was his chance to start a new life, one where he couldn't play but he possibly could someday. It was a little bit exciting to think about what his life could be.
