I do. Back in 2002, a pureblood cast the mark. Over the years, purebloods have been responsible for most of the attacks on the government, Diggory or our national treasures. They threw up the Dark Mark to terrify everyone, and it bloody worked. Who else thinks to do something like that other than purists?
